Today while warming coffee the machine started making an odd grinding noise and flashing lights also smelled an electrical burn. thankfully I was standing nearby and stopped the unit. The smoke continued and I head a noise that turned out to be a fire inside the unit. Best Buy says their 1 year warranty is over so now I deal with LG. I don't think expecting my microwave to last 2 years without catching the house on fire is not an unrealistic expectation. Very disappointed.

Not bad just missing some convenient functionality

What it does not do well is work as an exhaust above your stove. The suction is minimal. It would also have been nice if the on unit buttons would have been backlit so you don’t have to turn on lights to see the buttons and if there was a nightlight setting.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microwave is good in all aspects except I do not believe the Sensor Reheat (maybe the Sensor Cook as well) works correctly. When we want to reheat a cup of coffee or piece of meat, the microwave (at 100% I think) goes on until the coffee boils over the top of the cup and meat is well over done. The great thing is the Geek Squad is very helpful and will come out to take a look.
