They were kind and courteous. The only problem I had with the unit was it has a small dent. The installer wrote that in their report. Other than that , Mother in-law loves it!!

Air fryer only has one setting - 450 - and you select the time by guessing which food and qty you want to cook. Convection oven doesn't have a preheat option, so that impacts the cook time/quality. If you're not buying it for the air fry option, then you're just paying a significant premium for a sub-1000W microwave.

The command panel is too dark. The air fying feature is too vague to be fully useful. Nice looking though.
