    We bought the microwave LESS than 1 month ago and the touchpad has stopped working. Cannot use the microwave. We registered a warranty claim with LG 4 days ago....and STILL no call!! Biggest waste of $650 I've ever spent!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

    Fan turns on and doesn’t turn off

    The heat sensor broke less than a year after buying it which causes the fan to go on when i cook on the stove. The fan doesn’t turn off and i have to unplug it.

    Extremely poor customer service. Ordered item on 10/29/2023 and did not receive item until 4/12/2024. Best Buy lied numerous times about delivery dates for item and promised me compensation for the inconvenience but did not deliver on that promise. I'm extremely disappointed considering I spent over $20,000.00 on merchandise and was treated so poorly.

    Heating in microwave takes longer than usual and find that conventional oven and air fryer do not work like the single seperate ones

    Weeks after belatedly delivering the microwave, it still wasn’t installed. After a month of non response in spite of countless calls, we gave up and returned it. Will not ever buy from Best Buy again.

    Eating for the time to be delivered since November 2024. 4 ties the delivery has been rescheduled as the item is not available.

    I'm not impressed Too complicated, and I can't reach to clean the interior It produces steam and rivulets of water on the sides and top when cooking I'm requesting a return and a different brand.

    Failed after 2 weeks!!!! It displayed "close the door" when it was already closed, so it didn't worked at all.

    Cannot rate. Was delivered damaged and reported by the delivery team. I have yet to hear from Best Buy to replace. Very disappointed…quite unlike Best Buy.

    Big fan. The microwave has a great look it’s very modern and sleek. The baking and convection settings work tremendously. The microwave setting does what it is supposed to do. I haven’t yet used the air fryer, I have a counter top unit that I use for air frying but I will try it at some point here. Couldn’t be happier.

    Excellent item. Cooks just as well as a microwave would. THEN BAM you have a air fryer there too dude and your like how can it get better, then WABAM you have a convection oven. Totally Rad dude.

    We love our new microwave! It was an absolute bear to install, so I highly recommend paying someone--it's not hard, per se, but it's super heavy and required three people in my house to do it. But now that it's up, it's so nice! I love using the air fryer and convection oven, too.

    Very handsome appliance. Looks great above the oven. Heats evenly, which was a surprise because I thought all microwaves heated some parts of a dish much more than others. Perhaps you do get what you pay for. Remember to run vent when cooking on the range, as the electrical controls on the microwave are directly above the pot of boiling water on the range. After a month of us I give this microwave 5-stars.

    Good but WARNING Door Needs Clearance on Left

    We like this microwave overall. It looks great and has all the bells and whistles. HOWEVER, as another reviewer said, the door does not open flush with the left side door hinge. Our cabinets have their pull handle right up next to it and the door hits it. Since we like the microwave, right now we have just taken the hardware off the cabinet, but be warned that the door will hit something to the left of the microwave. It is NOT zero clearance. We did not have this issue with out previous LG microwave...
