Great Unit. The only thing is I wish the air fryer was better. The capacity for air frying seems small. If I fill the tray with nuggets more than the two servings it's meant for I sometimes have to let it cook for about 30 min. And You can't just set an air fry temp. It's all preconfigured options like "Chicken Nuggets" 1 or 2 serving. Or "Fish Sticks" 1 or 2 servings. I would rather set to air fry 350 for whatever time I want. But It does well. We've baked muffins and a egg caserol in there too and it did fine.

I’m not sure if this microwave is a good one or not Best Buy never installed it. I purchased it a couple of weeks ago and during the first installation, Best Buy contacted me and I was told that it had been dropped and damaged and I would have to reschedule for another installation. The second installation date was set for today, November 25th. This time I paid someone to sit at my home and wait for the installers when I returned from working my friend said that the installers never showed up I contacted them and they told me I should have received a call from Best Buy saying that this microwave was on backorder, no one ever contacted me and we are two days from Thanksgiving. Well, I don’t use a microwave to cook my meals, but when people come by later in the evening, they fix themselves a plate and they warm it up in the microwave. I am so disappointed in Best Buy.

love the airfryer feature. Saves alot of space. However it only has preset items. Have not learned to override. Cooked ribs using the combo setting. Had to buy a basket for the airfryer.

Possibly the Worst Customer Service of all Time

I had a confirmed scheduling window for installation from 10:45-1:45. Of course Best Buy is incompetent. I call at 3 o’clock and they tell me it’s on the way. I call again at 5:00 and they say it’s on the way. I call again at 6:00 and they tell me someone forgot and that they wouldn’t be delivering it and installing it for another week. I took the day off work - if I made a mistake like that at work, I’d get fired. But all Best Buy says is they apologize for the inconvenience. Yeah super great customer service! Not!

Best Buy RXO Installation team are terrible.

The LG Microwave is okay; however, the people Best Buy sent to install it are Terrible. I should have listened to the previous reviews. To secure the microwave mounting bracket, they charged me an extra $100.00. They leave because I did not have the parts to install the vent. I purchased the parts and Best Buy rescheduled the install. The same people come back and make more excuses and want me to pay an additional $100.00 to finish the installation. Do not have Best Buy perform the installation.

IS JUST A QUESTION. COULD SOMEONE POST A PICTURE OF THE EXHAUST OUT TO THE ROOF that is INSIDE OF THE CABINET? or the exhaust goes back to the kitchen area making it smells all over, another concern if there not roof exhaust, did the microwave vapor make damage to the cabinet?
