Good product , terrible sales person! she tried to make me wait 2 hours for it to be brought up! it was near closing time and the store was empty! I demanded she call someone to bring it up, and it was there in (one minute !) you need to train your help better!

Microwave cooks as expected. After less than 18 months the interior light failed. This is a common problem. The replacement costs less than $20, but to replace it requires removing the unit from the wall and opening the entire box. A big-deal DIY project. For a pro to do it costs more than $300-400. For this reason can't recommend.
