We understand that the interior light didn't meet your expectations by going out shortly after purchase. I demanded she call someone to bring it up, and it was there in (one minute !) you need to train your help better!

After less than 18 months the interior light failed. This is a common problem. The replacement costs less than $20, but to replace it requires removing the unit from the wall and opening the entire box. A big-deal DIY project. For a pro to do it costs more than $300-400. For this reason can't recommend.
