Address was correct for my home, but dropped at a warehouse 3 miles away. They called me and I had to go pick it up! No response at delivery service. only text. No response ar best buy either.

Don't know of it's like a sensor thing (like a smoke detector) . Got to call manufacurer. If it's a normal noise, it really is lousy!!!

You can’t replace it without removing the oven, it’s so complicated. It’s still under warranty so LG agreed to send technician and send parts in timely manner. The first visit was made per schedule but technician didn’t do anything giving excuse of his health. He didn’t show up at next appointment and since then no response from him on text or email. The automated LG customer service gives kind words but doing no actual help. I am so disappointed with the product design and LG customer service.
