I guess the microwave is okay but I'm very disappointed in Best Buy customer service and this is the only place for me to rant. I bought an Open Box Excellent. When I got it home, it appeared to be okay, but it was a few weeks before we could install it because of our kitchen remodel. When we got ready to install it, we noticed the back left corner was dented and it was missing the damper, exhaust bracket and template. Because I'm out of the return period, Best Buy will not give me a partial refund. I paid $226 for a damaged appliance. Now it's on sale for $199 and the price for an "Open Box- Fair condition" is $150. I'm very disappointed that I got stuck with this and then had to order the parts that were SUPPOSED to come with it. Now I have over $250 in this damaged piece of crap.

I really liked this unit, but my wife hated that the fan runs all the the time when it on. I loved the controls. We returned it. When you boil water in it, at least it vents well.

Our 10'ish y/o Goldstar microwave bit the dust. Served us well, even survived a plumbing leak (wife said the microwave was leaking). Needed one quick. LG is Lucky Goldstar, same brand. Figured they mounted in a similar way. Backbrace points and bolt spots were exactly the same. Took longer to clean up the spot where the old one was mounted than it did to pop this one in. Works great.

The product is nice. 3 stars because the black glass.. the full piece had no protector on it like the stainless steel and control piece did. I am just happy that during install no scratches were made on the glass or I would be returning.

To start, we purchased an appliance package. Will never do this again from Best Buy.
After installing on my own after Best Buy techs could not install, we've had this microwave since April. The interior light has quit working. I called Best Buy only to be informed that since the microwave is new I would need to reach out to LG and request assistance and an RMA from them before Best Buy could schedule service.
I contacted LG with my information and because I could not walk through their troubleshooting over the phone they would not provide me with an RMA number.
Now I have a relatively new microwave with an interior light that doesn't work. Very frustrated and disappointed.
