We didn’t want to return it after the work so we called and they gave us a small gift card to help out. We love the microwave, though. Works great and fit perfectly.

It's 48lb weight made for easier installing. Read the manual for the quick start buttons and cook time buttons. I use the +30 second button to start and the +/- buttons to fine tune the reheating time. Stove top lighting could be brighter. I like that volumes are quieter. Looks great, does not pick up fingerprints.

This one didn't break the bank and has been perfect for what we need. The fan helps keep my kitchen smoke free since my teens enjoy burning grilled cheese sandwiches on the stove.

I demanded she call someone to bring it up, and it was there in (one minute !) you need to train your help better!
