    I am extremely happy with this microwave. The sensor cook feature makes it so easy heating meals. The microwave is very quiet. The easy clean interior makes it so easy to keep it clean. I recommend this microwave to everyone.

    One of the best Over-the-range Microwaves we've ever had. This replaced a Samsung. The LG feels more 'solid', seems quieter, and works great! The wattage rating was less than the Samsung, yet it cooks faster !?!?

    LG Microwave was easy to install and is a solid unit. The inside box is gray vs the normal white which looks better and is a cleaner look .The coating also seems better and feels stronger which helps with cleaning. It is also a good looking unit.

    Needed to replace a GE model that lasted only 6 years of light use. This is a great upgrade to my kitchen. Sleek Looks inside and out. Gray interior is refined and doesn’t show splatters as much as usual biscuit color. Easy to use controls and works perfectly! Highly recommend

    The microwave looks great in the kitchen and does its job. It’s a little lower powered than our last one so we have to add a little more time than we are used to but overall works great. It would be nice if it were a little louder when the timer runs out, but that’s just nit picky. The tone when the timer goes off or your food is done is more of a tune than a beeping alarm so that nice as well.

    The unit functions well except when it quits..We have ownde the microwave less than a month and it has completely quit like it was unplugged in the middle of meal preparation twice. I called Best Buy when it first happened a week after it was delivered and was referred to LG. LG is sending a repairman - we will see what happens

    I HAVEN'T HAD IT DELIVERED YET, BUT IT'S FOR A FAMILY MEMBER FOR CHRISTMAS. BUT SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT WHEN I PICKED IT OUT. ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE AT OUR PORT RICHEY LOCATION.
