I am very pleased with the features on this microwave. It it quieter than the last one we had. I love the size of the oven inside. It is easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this model to everyone.

Love this microwave. Cooks much faster, have to decrease the times on most items. Cooks evenly. Large capacity inside. Extremely quiet, can't tell it's even running. LOVE the popcorn setting, can't quit figure out how it works, doesn't ask the size of the bags, but cooks it perfect with only a couple seeds.

has to be the quietest microwave made.......when it is running, it makes NO NOISE..............took us a few days to get use to.

Bought this microwave as part of a stainless steel package - works fine but buttons are hard to push. It was a good price and it looks great with the other appliances.

I just got this microwave a few weeks ago and so far I love it. It is so quite and has a lot of functions which is nice. I have purchased other lg appliance in our home and could not be more please. Great brand

We are loving this microwave! Very easy to us, relatively quiet and pretty roomy. although if I have one complaint the exhaust fan is on the loud side.

Great microwave, does the job, has good functionality, great lights.

Installation was a breeze... good directions. Does everything a microwave should.

We bought it brand new, brought it home, put it together, and the keypad did not work. Called LG, they could not fix it, so we had to make an appt with a repairman. The new keypad took a week to come in. Thankfully LG paid for the repairs. Has been working fine since.

Using for tabletop now, will install above stove once renovation complete.

Had this product reparied after only 3 months. It worked for exactly 1 week. Waiting for repair man from geek squad. I am not satlisfied with this product. It it not worth the money we paid for it. We thought buying a more expensive microwave would last for a long time. This one is a big dissapointment. Would not buy another one if some one paid me to.

Have had this unit for just under 3 years and one day the heating unit and turntable quit working. Last Sharp microwave lasted 10 yrs with no issues. Cost to repair is at least 1/2 of cost of a new unit so not worth fixing. Overall not impressed with longevity of unit.

Good design, very quiet overall and cooks evenly. the only issue is the noise the turntable makes at the beginning. Doesn't sound right but only makes noise the first 1 - 2 seconds....

It's good It's fine I recommend it. It works. Needs clues for menu items and cooking times.

So far no complaints works great. My daughter uses the controls on it very easily.

Bad quality, breaks easily without much use. After having the microwave installed (over the range), it stopped working after 3 days. I called LG and was told a technician will come to look at it and not to worry. The technician came in after 3 day, repaired the unit and left. LG did not replaceit. 4 days later it broke again. When I called LG, I was told they needed to service it 4 times before it got replaced.I called Best Buy and was told to take it back since it was within the 30 days of purchase. I had to have it taken down and BestBuy was great. I was able to get a new GE microwave which works well, although I had to incur in new expensess of installation sinceI had it intalled because I needed the microwave to work quickly. I will not recommend LG to anybody. Their customer service is poor and their appliance was not good. I can say Best Buy customer service is GREAT, and that is a reason to always shop there.

It is easy to use and easy to reach in and easy to reach the controls.

I would highly recommend this microwave oven. This is a good appliance!!

needed the top venting so this worked out well for our kitchen.

Looked around and this seemed to be the best value.
