The microwave looks beautiful and is very quiet while cooking. However, the QuietPower ventilation system is still fairly loud. I like that the 'EZ On' button adds time in 30 second increments. I wish there were quick start buttons on the minutes (ex. only need to press the '1' for 1:00 instead of pressing '1''0''0'. I also like the rack inside so you can cook more things at once.

I expected no problems and there aren't any. Performs well and is easy to use. It is just a little louder then my previous microhood for the turntable. I appreciate that it doesn't continue to beep at me after it completes its cooking/heating. This model has two under lights and because my kitchen has no lighting on the oven side of the kitchen this was really important to me.

We bought this to replace a 20 year old over the counter microwave. We wanted one with good features that wasn't too deep. This fit the bill. We had it installed by Best Buy. The installers arrived a little late but did an outstanding job installing the microwave and did it very quickly. The microwave functions as expected which is a good thing. The auto setting for popcorn seems to work really well.

Recently purchased this LG Microwave after our prior microwave of 20 years quit unexpectedly. Have to admit I was apprehensive of learning how to operate this new microwave however the LG owner's manual was excellent and it's really easy to use! Also, this model has so many more, superior features over the prior microwave that it's fun finding ways to cook with it. I was also very pleased with the purchase price and feel that it was an exceptional addition to our kitchen!

We bought this LG to go with the other LG appliances. The looks are very nice ~ more stainless than "black". Do be careful while handling and installing as the stainless "overlay" on the upper vent cover is thin. HINT: leave all protective tape/plastic in place until install complete reducing risk of scratching/denting. Overall thus far very pleased with unit.

I bought this to match our S.S. LG fridge, which has been wonderful the past 1-1/2 years. I Haven't used the microwave much yet but so far so good. Pretty easy to install, looks real good and its fairly quiet. I thought the price was.fair as well. Never knew LG to have great kitchen appliances so lets hope it lasts as long as my last one which was GE.

This is an excellent over-the-stove microwave oven. I shopped all over the internet and found it at my local Best Buy where the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they had the best price. I ordered it and it came in within a week. I installed it the day I picked it up and it's been working perfectly since. It is beautiful, easy to use, and has excellent features. Highly recommended. Best Buy always has the best models from the best brands.

a great microwave to own, especially if purchased on sale like i did. easy to install, it fit right into the bracket from my old microwave with very minor modifications needed, in spite of the fact that my old microwave was a different brand. easy to use for simple cooking and warming up foods, but to be able to maximize all of its features, some time is needed on the manual. looks modern and contemporary, blends right in with the rest of my kitchen appliances.

Had to replace an over the range microwave. My previous model failed twice in less than three years of operation. Won't be buying a GE microwave again... The stainless steel of this LG model matches the rest of the kitchen equipment. It was easy to install and, so far, has been a great microwave. Let's hope it lasts longer than the GE model did.

We recently bought a matching LG stove and remodeled the kitchen. This unit was easy to install ourselves and works great. It's fan turbo and auto off features are my favorite. The microwave itself works great. The sensor reheat is really good and the defrost doesn't cook the food in the process. I'd recommend it for anyone.

This is our first over the range microwave oven, so maybe this is inherent to this type in general. The fan doesn't seem to be able to pull enough air from the front burners and as a result the exterior of the microwave steams up. Other than that; everything seems to work great. It's very quiet too.

This microware has lots of options, looks & cooks well. Got it on sale and $aved. Love the lights over the stove feature. Arrived from the factory with a broken fan which tooks several weeks to be replaced. (Took a point off for quality) Overall it is an excellent product and would recommend.

This LG Microwave is the best I've owned over the past 30 years. No thinking necessary. Just push the pre-programed choice for the product you wish to reheat (or cook) and the LG does the rest to perfection! Can't get much easier than that.

I bought this thinking I would love to have a "second oven", but when I make cookies or something that I have to take the pan out and reset the timer, once the timer goes off that the cookies are done, it shuts off and I have to re preheat the oven, not very convenient.

This was a floor model so we had to buy a couple pieces and the mounting parts but otherwise has been great. Didn't give it 5 stars because the back side had a big dent in it that I needed to pull out because it caused a problem with the fan.

I have only owned this microwave a month so I have not found anything bad about it yet. It was easy to set up and a quick glace you can reheat or cook without reading the manual. Superficially, I like the stainless steel and it looks good in my kitchen.

So far so good! Of course includes multi fan and light underneath for stove. Seems to be a nice, solid unit and so far it works great. It works a lot faster than my other tabletop microwave, which was new. Has rack and turntable. Not sure about all the options as havent used long yet, but seems to have a lot available.

The microwave was easy to install, even by myself. It is quite a bit quieter than the Amana microwave we replace. Using the microwave is easy and the large turntable is a bonus. In addition to the low and high exhaust fan, the turbo setting is a nice feature. The oven looks great, matching our LG double oven.

This is our 3rd microwave in eight years and we finally bought a good quality microwave. It's quiet, all the kernels pop in the bag. It looks modern and has many features.

I had one of the Samsung models before this one and so far I like my LG much more. This model has more features to it and is the quietest microwave I have owned. I actually had to double check to make sure it was one the first time I ran it. Food heats up quickly and evenly. No complaints here.
