Replaced 12 year old microwave, which had all the bells and whistles. Decided to replace after signal bell went out. Selected LG series because of other appliances I have of same brand. So far happy with new microwave, but do miss so of the other features my old one had. Still adjusting.

Work great, excelent product to play, quality number one, good price that was I am looking for, different colors to choose , the power to cook quickly, this was easy to install, level of noise is acceptable

Great microwave. Runs alot quieter than last microwave and the light for over the range is nice and bright to see the whole stove top. Alot of easy to use feature buttons. Great pick with minimal customer help.

It's a very quiet microwave. I forget it is on because it's so quiet!!! It's very sleek and large capacity. Love the reheating options. Wish the price wasn't so high.

Attractive appliance that matches my stove and refrigerator. Easy to use. Odd holes above turntable that looked like they were made by a can opener and no one could tell me what they were used for..

The LG microwave is the best , its so easy to use . It has two nightlight settings , bright & then dim . It's so big you could cook a ham in it . It's just a great product to buy at a reasonable price .

I love the microwave I love the built in features for defrost and for reheat. My microwave had just went out and I wast out getting a filter for my refregerator and found Great Deal on open box.

Like the look of the microwave but I miss the features of my GE Profile. The keypad seems a little hard to push and it doesn't have "shortcut" buttons, but other than that, its a great microwave.

Easy to use and has so many preprogramed items for easy cooking. Very sleek looking and has the rack for doing more than one item at a time

I am on my 4th replacement unit as the last 3 all had some sort of defect. The first one had a dent on the door as well as the bottom left side of the unit was bent out. The second unit door was out of alignment, had a dent on the door and the key pad display was indented where the time is shown. The 3rd unit lights that are located under the unit do not work. Very frustrated. Where is the Quality Control department at LG???

We love this microwave and happy we chose this one out of any others we originally looked at. It has a high speed vent which is great to push out the steam while cooking below and the look of the microwave is sleek and nice. The price was worth it!

This microwave does an excellent job and easy to use. We typically only use a microwave for warming, and it has been excellent! It matches my other LG stainless steel appliances beautifully!

The microwave itself is amazing and does everything we want. Great features and looks great hanging in our kitchen. Word of advice though, hire someone to install it. It's a real pain to install and brought out the worst in me do to frustration.

I'm going to deem this product pretty average. It's not too loud and seems to get the job done fine. Has some bells and whistles that I don't really use but adds some value to the product, I suppose. Biggest issue was that the unit failed after a couple weeks of use due to a relay switch going bad. Had the protection plan so the resolution was easy. Makes me wonder if more issues are going to come up down the line.

This microwave does a great join for the price. It has very good power at 1100 watts The brushed stainless finish looks great with our other stainless appliances. Store sales person recommended this unit, glad I took her advice.

Great microwave for price, heats food evenly, operates quietly. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the microwave itself but when the installers installed the microwave they did not clean up their mess.

I bought this model to replace my former one. This has more program features than my earlier one which makes life simpler. Haven't used the sensor cooking yet. I don't cook in the microwave as much as reheat items.

This item replaced my GE which lasted 3 years. This one looks nice with my other stainless steel appliances. Cooks well and the noise level is acceptable.

After going through 3 different Frigidaire Gallery microwaves due to a failed magnetron, we opted fro the LG and we've been happy with our purchase.
