Control panel has every option for warming and cooking that we need. It is a good fit with the rest of our appliances. Looks and works great to date.

I purchased this microwave for myself and then for my son. I like the venting system and all the featured items and the light below to use as a night light Although the fan is very loud, wish is was quieter.

I am so happy with this microwave. Has lots of options and haven't been disappointed with anything about this. It matches well with all the other LG appliances in the house. Will buy LG again and again.

This microwave looks great and does well with cooking and heating. It is also much better at defrosting meat than the older microwave I replaced.

So far I have nothing but great things about the microwave. Its much quieter than our old one and more powerful. It also seems to cook the food more evenly so you don't have those hot and cold spots.

I would buy through and will Best Buy. The people that work there are friendly and helpful and seem to know about the products they sell. At least the ones we talked to were very knowledgable.

Heats uniformly and quicker than my old microwave. Very pleased overall but it's not necessarily "quiet", just "normal" for a microwave.

After my last Over-the-Range Microwave went out I installed this one. It was very easy to install , and the most important thing for me it pops a prefect bag of popcorn !!! Great buy

Wife loves it, quiet lots of room. Easy to use. Was glad to be able to get LG brand. Hope it lasts longer than Samsung did.

I enjoyed his microwave I would like to have an express key one for one minute two for two minutes ect. because I have to press the ex button one to a three-time to get extra minutes

when our Old microwave went out we needed a new one we shopped around and found that this one had the best ratings for the best price at the time my wife absolutely loves the microwave

We fell in love with this microwave and matched our new LG refrigerator, range and dishwasher perfectly. We decided to upgrade to the new LG convection microwave instead of this one.

had the microwave vented outside of the house it works great. Amazing how much heat is reduced from cooking on my gas stove. as for the microwave, it works wonderfully also!!!!

I did a lot of research. I feel like I got a great product at a great price. I have had my microwave as well as my LG oven for three months now, and both have been fantastic!!

i like it for all the features that this product has esp. the vents. nothing to complain about since we had it installed ourselves.

Like all the features and options it gives me. The metal rack that provides two large dish options is okay I guess but can get in the way when not using. It can be removed though.

Love the presets like reheat, sencor cooking, defrost. The cooking time is quicker then our old micowave due to the 1,100 watts

This is an even nicer unit than we had before, but that one didn't match the remodel. There are plenty of options for automatic cooking, and the controls are simple to use.

The microwave looks great in the kitchen. It took about 10-15 minutes to install. Runs great and heats things quickly

The microwave seems to work fine my only concern is that it doesn't have a great exhaust for an overhead range
