Fan noisy hard to mount on cabinet stainless steel pain to clean

I chose the lg brand because lg products are very good. My microwave is awesome with so many features.

The trend in appliances is have grey control panels. I bought this model because it still had a black panel and it looked good. I wish I kept looking. 1 star for the microwave - I installed the microwave and used it for weekend meals and snacks. Very light usage. Then about 8 weeks after the install several buttons just wouldn't work. 1 star for the LG call center - Since uninstalling the microwave to return it was out of the question, I found the LG service number and called them. Although the LG agent was nice she obviously lived in an village that didn't have streets or street addresses; because, she couldn't understand the difference between 1111 (street name) and 1111 S (street name). I thought she was able to follow LG's script to determine the control panel needed replacing, but I guess not (more on that later). I told her how long I had the microwave and she said there would be no charge since it was under warranty. Next she scheduled a time for the technician to come out. They tried to pull the he'll be there sometime in the morning routine. Then she summarized the entire phone call. And what she said was correct! 4 stars for the technician - The technician shows up and is very nice, but first thing he opens the door and says it looks fine, what's wrong? I said isn't it on the ticket? He says the ticket said something completely different. How can this be when the agent confirmed the control panel was the problem. So I said the control panel was bad and in 10 seconds he confirmed it needed to be replaced. Here's the best part, then he says "YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED $280 FOR THIS REPAIR". I said I don't think so, this piece was only installed 2 months ago and it has a year warranty. I grabbed the receipt and showed him. And of course he follows up with "I'll order the part and be back in a couple of days to install it". Why don't you have the part? The agent said you would need to replace the control panel, so why don't you have one? So he scheduled ANOTHER appointment and I had to take another day off. So the part showed up at my door and a couple days later the tech showed up and installed it and I finally had a functional microwave again. Even with all that, the tech was very nice and professional and none of the issues caused by the call center were his fault. In the end, I'm pleased LG did come to my house and fixed the problem, but an expensive appliance shouldn't break after 2 months of light use. In a way I think this is a good thing. I'm glad I found out about LG quality before I bought a washer and dryer. They may be good products, but this experience has turned me off LG.

So far has been been good lights could be brighter vent is not the best when you use front burners

It's a great product and works very fast. easy to read numbers and my wife says easy to clean.
