    I would definitely NOT recommend this microwave. Purchased the microwave in December and middle of February, it stopped working. No power at all. We have tried all the troubleshooting we could find and nothing works. Have called customer service multiple times and each time we are told they are trying to find someone to service our microwave. Customer support is awful, would not recommend an LG product ever. We have been promised a callback within 48 hours on 3 different occasions, and so far no one has ever called us back. At this point, we just want our money back and we will buy a non-LG microwave. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

For maintaining the PrintProof™ stainless steel finish, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth to wipe away fingerprints and smudges regularly. Regarding the ice cube size, the LRSOS2706S features a Dual Ice Maker that produces both standard cubed ice and slow-melting Craft Ice™. If you find the standard cubes too small, utilizing the Craft Ice™ option may better suit your needs.     Overall decent microwave, but beware of the manufacturer defect. Mine came with a faulty motor that caused a really loud noise when the microwave was working. Thankfully, the LG team offered to replace the faulty part. Otherwise, good appliance!

    For short people the side buttons need to be lit up, hard to see. The light inside needs to be repositioned for short people. Almost binds you.

    fully functional. But i bought it to turn can on and off and it's light on and off with alexa. It has been a bit tough this part.
