Buyer’s beware

The plug is different and I have called LG and Best Buy twice and so far there has been no solution yet. I already paid someone to install it and I may have to Return the unit since I can’t use it. I would rate it 0 stars for the difficulty and waste of time that this unit is causing me.

I am using it for a 316 sq ft space with 8 ft ceilings. I thought I would have to close off the bedroom and kitchen but I forgot to do it one day and the temperature of my combined living room, foyer and hall was still cool (total apt. size is 700 sq. ft.). At 75 degrees F, I often need to turn it off as it's too cool. The outside temps have been in the high 80s. It looks good and is relatively quiet. the remote works well. Caveat: it has 6-15P plug, not a standard plug: the blades face the round column on the plug not each other.
