I love it, specially the child safety feature and popcorn auto sensing, cooks popcorn perfectly

It was very easy to install and set up. Great microwave.

We loved this microwave but unfortunately LG only makes a 30” trim kit which was too wide for our cabinet. We especially liked that you just touched the numbers instead of having to push harder. We had to return it.

It cooks the food eveny but i do have to turn the power down because it cooks it to fast at time's other then that it's by far the best mircowave I've owned.

The microwave has all the settings that we need and more that make very easy to use. It is excellent quality.

This is a good microwave. However, there was not one person who helped us in any way. Even the checkout person was not helpful. She wanted to email my receipt. I told her I wanted a paper receipt. I did get one. I have always had good service at BestBuy. I guess that’s in the past.

Its just ok. Does the job. I would still give it 4 star

This is a great microwave. Lots of room for large dishes and the sensor reheat is awesome. Popcord pops all the way, unlike others where many kernels are left unpopped.

Really love this new microwave! Heats quickly & thoroughly. Only downside is noisy door closing.

Large interior and heats evenly, but missing ThinQ app integration and basic quick-cook shortcuts (no 1-, 2-, or 3-minute buttons, only +30 seconds). Control buttons require a very firm push in just the right spot. Big size is a plus, but usability falls short.

It is very good microwave oven. But the panel for selecting cook level is hard to see well. The lettering is too dim.

Great purchase ive owned a couple of lg microwaves and they have always had a longevity for me that have way surpassed any other brand ive used

The product is well made, but the sensor details must be used with the book in hand. That part is not user friendly. The rest of the microwave is wonderful. I like the double open/lock system.

Is just the open button is in the bottom corner it should be infront

This is the 7th LG appliance I have owned. First 4 were washer/dryers - all 4 superb. Then I bought a range and it wasn't stainless steel - it was aluminum, and scratched badly the first time cleaned it. Then I got an LG frij when I bought my current home. It's positively idiotic in the way it was designed. Now this LG microwave: long, boring story why this one was picked (it was NOT because it was LG). The UI is absolutely horrible: you have to press the STOP button to start any function. REALLY??? UI problems go on from there. Needless to say, we are keeping the owners manual nearby- but the next time a guest wants to heat their own coffee mug up a bit, they won't be able to. It's just not obvious AT ALL how to run it. Beyond the UI, the machine feels lightweight and flimsy and looks like it won't last long. And - like the frij - the black plastic is an absolutely wondrous fingerprint magnet. Walk past the thing with your hands in your pockets and you may end up with a smudge. IDIOTIC. Who vets these things??? Oh, that's right. NOBODY.

Overall. it works as expected as a microwave. The thing that I don't like about it is the buttons. My microwave is not at eye level, so I have to search around to get them to activate.

This microwave is amazing. The sensor setting on it heats things up without me even having to think about how long it needs to be in there. This is one very smart microwave. I would highly recommend it.

Great replacement for our previous microwave oven. So far, after disabling the child-proof feature, it gets used frequently during each day, no problems, no issues.
