Overall great product i love the size of it you fit almost any dish inside !

This microwave was fantastic for an open box item. It’s multifunction capabilities are what I needed for my menu selections.

Bought this because 2005 Frigidaire built in microwave died. Shocked that this new microwave hade the same dimension as the built in so the old kit fit the new microwave! Very happy

Nothing like when a product does exactly what it says it does! My experiences with microwaves have been the same so mediocrity became the norm. However, this microwave showed me what I have been missing all these years which is efficiency. If you are in the market, dont be afraid to pull the trigger. Way to go LG!

We loved this microwave but unfortunately LG only makes a 30” trim kit which was too wide for our cabinet. We especially liked that you just touched the numbers instead of having to push harder. We had to return it.

It was very easy to install and set up. Great microwave.

It cooks the food eveny but i do have to turn the power down because it cooks it to fast at time's other then that it's by far the best mircowave I've owned.

The microwave has all the settings that we need and more that make very easy to use. It is excellent quality.

This is a good microwave. However, there was not one person who helped us in any way. Even the checkout person was not helpful. She wanted to email my receipt. I told her I wanted a paper receipt. I did get one. I have always had good service at BestBuy. I guess that’s in the past.
