    Great Microwave. I used the Popcorn setting on a bag and it popped all but about 20 crenels and did not burn the rest.

    Overall very nice unit. Cooking is ideal. Cons are that irritating chimes and command buttons are not illuminated at all. Would recommend unit to others for cooking and general reheat.

    It looks great when installed. The glass front and the metal part are very quick to get dirty, but nothing wrong with cleaning an appliance. Just because other appliances don't show the gross stuff, doesn't mean they aren't still gross and dirty. The 1 star review is because it stopped working after about 19 months. Less than 2 years old and it's dead. Absolutely not acceptable for a $400 appliance that is rarely used.
