Didn't give it a chance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this sound bar while LG had all their new products on sale. Once i got it home I opened it up and was underwhelmed by the size of the subwoofer. Without plugging it in I returned it and went up in the product line. I wish in hindsight I would have given it a chance, I thought that it had a lesser quality surround processer but after using the SK8Y I have a feeling I paid for Atmos effects I will never truly utilize.

I completely over thought my decision and went back for the next step up. After hearing the capabilities of Virtual X my decision to go with the "Virtual Atmos" SK8Y was a mistake. My only reason for the exchange was the size of the subwoofer. I wish I had connected it so I wouldn't be second guessing it.
