Dryer doesn’t dry - have to do about 4 cycles to get it close. If you like damp clothes, this is the dryer for you.

We ordered our washer/dryer on August 16th and are still waiting on it to be delivered ! The latest date we were given is October 14th. The original date of delivery was Sept. 9th which was cancelled by Best Buy stating a "store issue" ???

The sales lady assured me it would fit in my condo when I gave her the measurements but ... IT DID NOT. While I was working with her, she was more concerned grabbing another sale at the same time when in fact I told her I was here first. I will never use Best Buy again.

Even though i had a site survey done before installation, the new unit wasn't right. The unit needs a 110 outlet for the washer, mine only has a 220 outlet. I am now getting the run around from best buy while trying to remedy this. And i am without a working laundry machine.

Terrible Hammering Spin Cycle and Poor LG Support

I’ve been living with this unit for a week and a half after purchasing it directly from LG’s website. Before making the purchase, I did my homework: I read all the reviews I could find, consulted with a Best Buy associate who recommended it, and even checked Consumer Reports, though they haven’t reviewed this model yet.
First, the positives: the unit is sleek, attractive, and, contrary to some negative reviews about its drying ability, I’ve been very impressed in this area. However, my main issue is the hammering noise it makes during the spin cycle, which lasts for about 15–20 minutes.
I live in an 800 sq. ft., 100-year-old house, and there’s no escaping the noise—it’s miserable to be in the house when the washer is spinning. I’m unsure if I received a defective unit, but in researching this issue online, I’ve found that this seems to be a common problem with LG’s front-loading washing machines.
I have tried to reach out to LG about exchanging it to see if I just got a bad unit, but they've been largely unresponsive and unhelpful.
