I've been delighted with my 4-door LG refrigerator. I purchased it instead of the Samsung version because there was a lot of concern in the reviews about the noise and messiness of the Samsung ice maker and water dispenser. The LG icemaker is practically silent. I did have one problem today 12 days after it was plugged in. The ice in the ice bin collected and froze, so I had no access to crushed ice or ice cubes. I removed the bin and cleared the frozen ice cubes. Within minutes it was functioning normally. The fourth drawer is fabulous. I designated it for the exclusive use of one member of the family who loves using it, and the French doors section of the refrigerator is tidy for the rest of us. Oh, black stainless -- no fingerprint issues! Yea!

Great design with plenty of room and looks great in my kitchen. Would have gave it a 5 but the water dispenser could be better.

This counter depth LG is elegant and fits beautifully. The black stainless plays well with the other stainless appliances in my kitchen. The "no fingerprints" is wonderful. Running quietly was an important quality we wanted in a refrigerator and this not only meets, but exceeds expectations. We were concerned about the reviews regarding issues with the ice line, but haven't had any problems. We got the 5 year Best Buy warranty for peace of mind should there be any problems in the future.

Not one complaint. But then we've only had it for 3 weeks. Storage is wonderful & with LED lights we can see everything. Stainless is pain to clean but not a deal breaker, the delivery guys were professional & quick.

Everything has its place, you have easy access to it all, and the middle cabinet keeps your drunks super chilled! Love this fridge!

It holds a lot considering it's a counter depth. Keeps food fresher and longer. Love the color. Installer's were wonderful.

I have always wanted a large french door refrigerator, my husband said it had to be counter depth. I wanted ice and water, with a lot of interior space. This refrigerator has it all as well as the most awesome outside look!! I have had this refrigerator since May and so far I no complaints.

Works flawlessly. Delivery team did a great job, and haven't had any issues after 2 months of use. Would recommend to anyone in search of the best value fridge, through a company that knows how to do it right.

We have only owned this fridge for a few days at this point. If we experience problems in the future with it I will post any updates here. For a counter depth fridge it feels spacious. We are able to fit most of our food, drinks, frozen items with some room to spare. The chill drawer is nice for storing drinks, wine, or deli meats & cheese. It adds some convenience in being able to access theses items without having to open the fridge, and I do like being able to keep that drawer colder than the main fridge unit for extra cold drinks. I imagine this would be good for children who can't reach up into the fridge easily to grab drinks or snacks. My only complaint with space is the height between the shelves prevents you from storing tall items, they will need to go in the shelves on the doors. The shelves are adjustable in height which would solve that problem. The color is beautiful. It's a very polished dark stainless steel. We have a white/gray kitchen that it matches very nicely with. Originally I was worried it would not match very well with normal stainless steel appliances but that is not the case, it's a real eye catcher and stands well on its own in our kitchen. The unit is very quiet in our home, we cannot hear it running normally. When installing, there is a cap/sticker on the water filter that needs to be removed before you can get water / ice. I like the versatility of this refrigerator. I originally was not sold on the CustomChill drawer but this has turned out to be one of my favorite features!

Our previous refrigerator was over 16 years old and a typical standard refrigerator. We were thrilled to receive this counter depth model. This model holds so much more food efficiently. There are only two small items to mention; there is a center drawer in the top of the refrigerator that you must open both doors to access. The other minor item is the cover for the butter shelf does not stay up. We love the extra middle drawer to hold a variety of items at different temperatures. And the freezer has a thin middle tray that holds 2 frozen pizzas!! Overall, we are exceptionally happy with this model. The lighting is great, everything is very organized!

We love this counter depth refrigerator with the 2 French doors and 2 pull out drawers. It's quiet & cold water is a plus with ice maker feature. The middle drawer is perfect for cold drinks, cheese and meats. This is our first purchase of a LG product & we are really pleased. Great service for delivery and set up.

Let me start by saying that I'm not one of those reviewers that gets paid to say things. I'm a dad of 2 kids, we have kid food and lots of leftovers all the time in our fridge. We bought this fridge in early May 2018, so it's been about 90ish days. Here are my thoughts: The Good: -Fridge cools flawlessly, no issues (mechanically speaking) of any kind -I like the "beeping" door open warning because we have kids and well, they leave the fridge and freezer open every freakin time and this keeps us from losing food -The little compartments at the floor of the fridge (with sliding doors) are great for snacks and easy to grab items -Doors are solid, have storage for large items like milk, wine, etc. -Ice bin is easy to get to, which is a big deal if you need to get a lot of ice quickly. -Counter-depth looks solid and more aesthetic than standard depth fridge. Wife approves of that look for sure. -The double drawers really come in handy for lunchmeats, and things you get to often w/o having to open doors. I'm lazy. The Bad: -Because it's counter depth, you do lose a good bit of storage. For example, because of those little sliding snack holders at the bottom, the shelves are not very deep... only like 12" or so. If you have a ton of food, it can be hard. Putting a large pizza box, for example, is nearly impossible. -Ice plus mode doesn't seem to really increase the ice output. We've only tried it 2x, but didn't really see a huge difference. This was a big deal at parties where ice was in short supply. -The shelves that are in the door where the ice bin is located, those are kinda hilarious. They hold hot sauce, maybe some thin condiments and nothing more. -Stainless steel (our model) shows prints like every other fridge. They bragged that it wouldn't, but alas, kids will prove them wrong every time. -The freezer drawers can be a bit annoying sometimes if your freezer is packed. I think this is the case with every style though, we should probably not pack it so full I guess. Overall, I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone. It's solid and does the job. I wish it had more space, but the counter-depth makes that hard. Given the cost of a fridge these days ($2k-$4k), I feel this is better than most models I've tested and seen.

I'm very happy with this refrigerator, but would have preferred more space for tall items. Finger prints do not show, which is a huge improvement; and the ice/water tray is easy to clean, unlike my old refrigerator. I love the small sized ice cubes. The new black stainless looks great in my kitchen and blends with my other stainless appliances. My only negative is that since it is shorter than my old one I have lost 1.5 cu. ft. of space, which I do miss. Over all it is a great refrigerator.

This refrigerator is a replacement for the 12 year old GE Profile. It is more efficient and the water and ice dispenser system seems flawless. It is quitet and has adjustable shelves that are convenient for locatinng bulky items on the bottom shelves. Third drawer option adds to either your freeaer or firdge capacity as programmed by owner. The meat tray in fridge is a bit skimpy, but otherwise we are vey satisfied with it.

Although the fridge did not fit through my door the first time the delivery men came, the next guys installed it quickly and when promised, once a handyman took off the kitchen door. I read a lot of reviews on a number of sites before I decided to buy this one, and I finally bought it during the Labor Day sale. It is not as capacious as my previous fridge, making me think I did not need to get the counter depth model. Nevertheless I am happy with it so far, after a couple of weeks. I'm using the center drawer as a freezer and I love it. Also the large freezer has good organizing aspects, the separate pull out storage is terrific for keeping things easy to find. I don't have plumbing to tHe fridge so don't use the ice maker---I wish I could have one without an ice maker, it is just a waste of space for me. But at least this model is designed so that there is lots of shelf room, plus storage on each door. I had the thought that I could freeze ice cubes and put them in the ice cube container in the door and be able to get ice from the outside ice spout....but I haven't tried it. I like the vegetable drawer design, divided into three drawers so that I can get into one without having to open both doors, as I had to with mymprevious fridge. I find the little flat containers in the front are unexpectededly handy. The stainless steel dresses up my kitchen, but I do miss using magnets to hang notes and photos etc. mainly I'm quite happy with this fridge.

I had to go with a counter depth unit and I have no regrets that I had to go with the lower cubic footage. The space is optimal and I often forget about the drawer all together. The only issue I have with the fridge is it's periodically noisy (and not subtly so) when the motor kicks in. I read other reviews where some said it was noisy, others where it was not... I'm in the noisy camp. My kitchen is open to the dining room and living room so it is noticeable. If your kitchen is enclosed or away from where you lounge you should be fine. All the other great features outweigh the noise factor. I wouldn't return it but keep it's location in mind when making your decision.

We purchased this refrigerator because it was designed with exceptional use of space. We threw out so much expired food because we could never see it in our older side by side refrigerator. Now we can see everything and the third door helps a lot with organization. We love how organized we are now. The refrigerator looks amazing and the stainless steel matches pretty well to our other non-LG appliances. The only reason I cannot give it 5 starts yet is because we have yet to get water or ice out of it due to our plumbing not being done yet. The plumber added the new water line this morning. We are waiting for the water to flow through and this may take up to 24 hours since it is a new appliance.

Had this refrigerator delivered for new construction. It looks great and is very quiet. I've only had it for a month but so far so good. My 7 year old daughter was very impressed and wouldn't quit opening it the first day ... lol! ... Love the style and is the perfect fit (counter depth) for our new house

The black stainless is beautiful, but it does nick/scratch. The ice maker went out about 2 years in, and the compressor just went out. So for an expensive fridge, the reliability has been awful. Fortunately, the compressor may be covered under a class action suit and/or recall, but the whole appliance (fridge and freezer) has stopped working, and it's 2 21/2 weeks until service can be here.
