This fridge is functional and easy to clean. Easy access to freezer space and find the food you are looking for easily. The right side of door needs a little push to close, even though the front side has been elevated up to the maximum. The left door closed almost automatically when left slightly open. The warning alarm is not useful in my opinion as if you are still using the fridge, you will find it a bit annoying. If you are away, that alarm is not doing anything good anyway. Overall, it’s a good fridge for a small family.

Replaced 20 year old Kitchen Aid with this LG. Looks great, runs quiet, and has solid build. Looooove the deep shelves inside the drawers and easy access to items inside of fridge. Bright LED light illuminate interior nicely for good visibility. Interior space utilization is excellent - much better than expected. Very pleased so far.

We made this purchase after checking multiple reviews. It met our requirements for size and options, so we bought it! Haven’t had it for long, but we are definitely enjoying the new organization of both refrigerator and freezer. We were most impressed by the Best Buy installers of both this unit and an LG dishwasher we also purchased. They were friendly and very skilled at maneuvering and installing both units!! Well done BB!!

I like the French door style. This fridge is adequate. It's a tad noisy, but not overbearing. The water is slow to fill.

Had an old-school Frigidaire side-by-side fridge that I was looking to replace. It took up a lot of space as the kitchen was recently remodeled. Did a lot of research and I decided to take a chance on this fridge. Could not have been more pleased. The counter-depth feature blends nicely with cabinets and range. Space for top fridge is good enough for a small family or single individual. Bottom freezer might be a tight fit if you have boxes but otherwise good enough as well.

Very satisfied with the size and it has lots more room. I would recommend this fridge to others.

My wife and I sought a counter-depth refrigerator due to the space between the fridge and our center island. This model fits well in our kitchen and looks great. the overall cu. FT is pretty small for a family of 5 like ours, however we moved our old fridge into the basement which should help with overflow. It's been two weeks and we are still waiting for the plastic taste to clear from the ice. Hopefully that will subside soon.

Pretty good and spacious. It's a little odd for your big drink items to go on the door such as gallon of milk or juice. Too small to fit in the actual refrigerator shelves. Only thing this refrigerator is missing is water dispenser. I'm surprised refrigerators at this price point don't all come standard

We bought this refrigerator because it has good storage space for a counter-depth model. Unfortunately, the ice maker froze up within the first few days and started leaking water everywhere. After quite a bit of time on the phone with LG customer service, we got a repair man to come out. The tube to the ice maker was supposed to be insulated, but the insulation piece was missing. He replaced it, but the ice maker started leaking again within a couple days. They aren't sure what the problem is now, and we're waiting for parts to come in so that we can hopefully get the problem diagnosed and fixed in one visit. We had a different LG refrigerator in the past and didn't have any issues, but I don't recommend this model.

Filter is easy to change but is every 3-4 month schedule (and this model is only ice in freezer not ice/water in door so I use less water) Emergency Refrigerator purchase when old one died. I wish Best Buy had emergency delivery so I could have saved the contents of my old refrigerator/freezer. Only a good rating since staff really didn't care that I needed it quickly and had no good options-I paid $100 delivery to get ASAP which was 3 days.

Love the new fridge, plenty of room for everything. Its so quiet I wonder if its running but the food is nice and cold uptop and well frozen in the bottom freezer. The led light lights up every corner of the fridge and same for freezer. Definitely a good purchase. This was a replacement for a very old,small (13cf) fridge.

Very happy with my purchase, has everything I wanted ,at very good price. Also very short wait time on purchase. meats very good energy efficiency rating,very spacious overall, in storage area,in both Uper and freezer storage areas.also like how quite the unit is,it will fit perfectly in the spot of or new cabinets being counter depth.

The fridge is spacious and well-designed. We love that it is easy to see and access items in the fridge and the freezer. Very quiet operation. We turned off the ice maker to avoid the plumbing and complications associated with water lines and find that the ice bin holds so much ice that we seldom need to refill our trays. Very pleased so far and hope we can count on many years of trouble-free use!

This refrigerator looks really nice. It does a great job keeping my food much fresher than my old refrigerator. I really value smooth operating doors, and I would have to call this average. You really need to open both doors to have decent access, but I’m sure that’s true with all French door refrigerators. It’s very quiet. I had a very finite space into which it had to fit. I am very happy overall and would purchase it again

We bought this to replace a fridge that was only 3 years old and constantly had the fan freezing over... brand shall remain nameless. We also wanted something that didn’t have the in door ice maker and water. Took up space and was never used. This fridge checked all the boxes we needed. There are some things I miss from the other fridge. The shelf that slides into itself to account for taller bottles. The veggie and fruit drawers are a little small in comparison as well. The door shelves are huge but aren’t really adjustable. But at the end of the day it keeps my food cold and doesn’t sound like it’s going to explode every month. Also I really like the shape of the ice cubes. They are more cube like then the standard semi circle.

I love this refrigerator. I was overwhelmed with all the different options, but I am glad I bought this one. It fits perfectly and is very roomy. I was doubtful about the capacity of the freezer, but I actually have enough room for everything I buy.

The refrigerator is quiet in operation. The interior light and freezer lights are great; we love them. It takes quite a while to begin making ice initially, but that is probably due to being a high-efficiency device. The freezer compartment is suitably large, and the ice maker takes up minimal space.

This is a great refrigerator--good size for a smaller kitchen and fits well to a 26" deep counter. Bright LED lighting makes it much easier to find things and no more bending down into the refrigerator which is nice. Only complaint is the produce drawers are small--my old refrigerator was able to hold a lot more produce.

Great fridge that is very quiet and gets things cold very quickly. It also does not leave fingerprint marks on the door from people touching it which is a huge plus. Would definitely purchase again.

Great refrigerator. Well organized and spacious for counter-depth model. Really quiet. Maintains a steady, even temperature throughout. We bought a house that had a very expensive Electrolux model - which was the opposite of all of the points I raised above. So glad we replaced it with this.
