Been using it for weeks without any complaints. Lots of space, well designed. We were hesitant about the window but it’s just dark enough that we don’t dwell on seeing the outline of contents inside. So far so good.

We have had ours for a month now and love it. We started with an IKEA counter depth side by side but it didn't work well for storage and froze items on the top shelf. This fridge is great, seems spacious and is way better than our old Samsung.

I am liking the convenience of the reach in door for grabbing often used items. The counter depth fits nicely in my cabinet space and allows more walk by room. Good freezer space.

We really are pleased with the looks and size of the refrigerator. We needed to get a counter depth model because of the size of our space. It really holds a lot of food, though. The "knock, knock feature is kind of a nice feature.

I have had this refrigerator for 2-1/2 years. I love all the features, but it's not very durable. I've had to have it repaired twice. Good that it had a warranty, but nobody want to have to use a warranty especially so soon after buying it. Each time I had to be inconvenience by not have a refrigerator for up to five days before they diagnosed the problem. Very disappointing. I doubt if I'll ever buy a LG product again.

We are very happy with our new appliances, especially the refrigerator. Just LOVE it!! The delivery guys did a great job removing old appliances and setting up the new. Thank you for sending them to us.

Bought this pretty refrigerator from Best Buy and it was delivered on 1-2-18. By mid May of 2019 we noticed things didn’t feel as cold. Temp on door said 37, so thought all was ok. Curiosity got the best of me. I bought two refrigerator thermometers, found refrigerator runs between 45 and 56 degrees. Freezer is between 7 and 18. The linear compressor isn’t working. We bought this to replace base model Whirlpool that was having freezer door issues after 12 years. Thought we would upgrade from builder basic. Because we owned the refrigerator for 18 months, figured I’d call the Geek Squad for our extended warranty to cover it. They got a tech out to diagnose the issue. Waited 5 days. He came today. Confirmed it’s the linear compressor. Tech said it might be faster to get compressor replaced by LG. Called LG. They have to send a tech out, a week from now to confirm the compressor is bad. Then if that is the case, they will order the part and schedule a fix. We texted the Geek Squad tech and he’s going to see if he gets his authorizations before LG comes so we can have a refrigerator. Meanwhile we live out of ice chests. Also found out there is a class action lawsuit starting against LG for the faulty linear compressor. Sadly we are now going to have to constantly check the temperature and when the compressor fails again live out of ice chests. Wonder how many fixes before we get a replacement. When you buy a $3,500 refrigerator it should last at least 14-17 years. That’s the average refrigerator life span. Ours lasted 14-16 months. Well below what he expected. Run away!!! Do not buy!! You will regret it!!!!

I actually do depend upon the exterior fridge window for my milk, canned drinks - those items I reach in for often. Hoping this will be energy conserving, but I don't know this early. The middle veggie bin is right in the middle, so you have to open both doors to access it, so plan on putting those things not often needed for that storage bin. I've got an icy freezer, but I'm not sure what has caused it. It was unbalanced for a while, leaning back so the doors crashed closed and the freezer wouldn't stay open, so I'm waiting to see if this continues. It can "run" inexplicably and seem noisy, but as I type this now it is quiet.

I have really enjoyed my new fridge. Didn't think I would really use the see thru door, but it's been very handy. It holds much more than I thought it would. The alarm is great to remind you that the door isn't closed.

This counter depth fridge looks amazing in your kitchen with the looks, black stainless steel color gives it more attracting look than traditional silver look fridge. Have enough space for a medium family. Works perfectly!

My kids love this new refrigerator, with door in door, they get things out quickly and easily (especially my 5 yrs old girl can reach in easy). I wish that we have enough space so I can have this type but bigger model.

This new LG fridge is amazing! I’ve had negative experiences in the past with GE and Samsung refrigerators, and a friend recommended this LG. I love it! And the counter depth looks fantastic in the kitchen!

This is a great refrigerator. Well lighted, plenty of refrigerator space with adjustable shelves. The feature that allows one to open the outer door that has plenty of storage space without actually opening the refrigerator is very handy and also well lighted when open. The lower freezer section is plenty large ,allowing one to have different types of frozen goods that can be arranged or separated in different sections. This refrigerator is counter depth and still has a large capacity for foods and frozen goods. The frosting on this cake is that it is a very stylish appliance. We have received a number of compliments on this appliance. Wait for a major sale and you can cut down substantially on the price.

Love the finish inside and out. My previous refrigerator had more cubic feet but because of way you can access the space on this model it holds more items and you can more easily reach them.

The extra window/door area is more useful than I expected. It becomes very obvious how often you open the door just for a beverage or a small item like butter. It seems to preserve the coolness when you only open the small outer door...but this is not a quantified statement. (Easily done with a thermometer.) After a month it seems great, but I have noticed condensation occasionally in the fridge area and the freezer...haven't pinpointed the cause. That and the extra $500 just for the see through door, are the cause of 4 stars.

I purchased this unit on Dec. 9th and had it set up and running on the 10th. Unfortunately, it has never kept the temperature cold enough. If the control was set at 38 degrees, it was 48 or 49 degrees in the refrigerator. when it was set to the coolest setting (33 degrees) the inside temperature was 43 degrees. Same for the freezer - 10 degrees cooler than the setting. It was worked on twice and still the same issue. It is now being replaced on warranty. Hopefully the next one will work correctly, as I like the style and functions of this unit.

This fridge is great for those looking for the most space out of their fridge and freezer. The front door is extremely unique and serves as extra storage which isn’t seen in many other fridges.

I am very happy with the refrigerator. The ice maker produces a surprising amount of ice for a small unit. There is not much condiment space but overall i am very pleased with this frige.

Bought on Black Friday. It spacious however I wish I had a little bit more freezer space. There is a sensor that lets you the door has been opened too long. I really like it.

I got to pick out our new fridge (first time lol) and wife loved it! Great value for the $$! Looks so high end! We love it! I got it open box so saved a ton too!
