I love the ability to knock on the glass to see whats in there without opening the door. I love that you can open just a section of the front door to get out the most common things like milk or cheese with out actually opening the whole door. only down side is the doors do not open as wide as the pictures show they do.

I have had an LG fridge in the past for 5 yrs with no problems. I purchased this one when I moved to another state in April 2019. Recently the ice dispenser started to make a really loud whirring sound. Because it is beyond the 1yr LG warranty, it was going to cost $125 for someone to just come look at it to diagnose the problem. Luckily I have a good home warranty and paid the fee for a visit from them. Turns out the motor needed to be replaced...after only 1 yr!! I'm glad the part/labor is covered by the home warranty, but this has been very disappointing.

our refrigerator needed a new compressor less than 3 years old. this is an ongoing problem with this product. wish I had researched more before bought.

Although I do like the product, the instaview window is barely used. The doors feel very light and the plastic drawer in the bottom freezer is very flimsy. That will most likely be the first thing to break on the fridge just from regular use.

I didn’t realize how bad my old refrigerator was until I got this one. Everything stays cold and my produce actually keeps more than a day! I wish there was more door storage as I like to keep condiments in the door. Otherwise, so far I’m impressed with this refrigerator.

Very Spacious ,looks very elegant, worth the price

Only had it for couple of days and working so far. I like the look of it (minus some visible scratches on the side). The fridge section temperature is off a few degrees (set on 36 degree but the actual temperature fluctuates from 38 t 40 degrees).

This is a nice refrigerator but I would probably not buy it again. It looks great but I don't like the glass door, you can see everything when it is dark. The fridge space is very small. , but that seems to be most of them, and you have not space for tall bottles etc. if these are not important items for you then it is well made.

Great product, our model is a compact beautiful machine, flawless in its 30 day debut and no problems with performance. IT IS NOISELESS, a muted machine, we do not even know when it is running. Cools everything. Price in Best Buy was the best we found. 10 of 10

The front door for the quick access is used so much that it makes it worth it. The versatility of the layout including the low profile ice maker really works for us. We put 30 lbs. of chicken (special order thing) along with other frozen items in the freezer with some room left over.

Has worked very well for us for 2 years. Also, LG customer service has been great! Sent out a tech to replace scratched parts. The only downside is black stainless can scratch and cannot be repaired.

First of all, I called the company (LG) because the door has a few rust spots after less than a year. They say it is cosmetic and will not cover it. This is not my first stainless steel fridge but I am shocked at the fact that it was so much money and is starting to rust after less than a year. Pluss, I paid extra because it is counter depth but it does not stand straight. My floor is leveled but the fridge when you adjust it does not stand straight. It is expensive and not worth the money.

It is pricey but it is a very cool fridge. The knock-knock view is really nice. Surprised that it can not control the exact amount of water from the dispenser.

Love the black stainless color. I emailed is compact but yet produces a lot of ice. Love that it doesn't take up much room in fridge. Wish that the doors opened up a little wider, but it's okay to deal with.

We have been looking for the right refrigerator for a while. I researched this online and saw that there was a great sale. We had the Geek squad deliver and install. The delivery guys were great. No issues. Relocated the old fridge to the garage. Best Buy did a nice job.

It’s been over a year I’ve had the refrigerator and so far it’s been a great buy. Great size and the fingerprint resistance is a must have considering how many times a day a refrigerator door is opened up.

The refrigerator is wonderful. It's exactly what we wanted and really enjoy it. Plenty of room for everything we need including deli trays for a neighbor. Best Buy team that delivered and set it up were so conscientious, taking care of every detail!

After having a 4 year old refrigerator fail on us 3 times. It is nice to have a reliable one. I was not sure about the Frenchdoor idea, but I have found that I really like the room it gives.

Very impressed with how far LG has come with appliances. This Fridge is packed with great features and is backed with an incredible warranty. Best Buy offered this high end refrigerator at a mid level price point with financing making it a no brainer.

This is a smart fridge and it has some great technology built into it. I absolutely love this fridge. It has a great style and I got this as an open box and saved about $1200. Such a great find!
