The fridge had some scuffs and dents on the bottom. Could tell they were from the moving cart that was next to it. But it was an open box item, so can’t expect new condition I guess. Price was good. The customer care associate was very helpful.

This refrigerator is a perfect one for us. It has been reliable since the first day. Our last one started trouble after a few months, but we dont expect any trouble from this model. We researched it before buying and it has great reports. We are confident it will be with us for a ling time.

I needed a refrigerator to replace the one in my husbands "man cave". This refrigerator makes plenty of ice, and it has plenty of room to even fit groceries that won't fit in my kitchen refrigerator - I shop once a month for groceries, so I need the extra space!

We like the interior layout and size. Bottom door storage is perfect for water bottles. Like the light in freezer area which we did not have with our last unit. This is our first time trying out LG and so far two thumbs up. All of our appliances have been Maytag and Kenmore Elite.

This is the perfect refrigerator for my house. It fit perfect and the sales people really helped me determine that it would be perfect. I love the style, the color, the inside. Everything about it is perfect.

This refrigerator met all of our expectations, with minor exceptions. The light in the freezer is perfect, but the light in the refrigerator section glares in your face while leaving the interior a little dark. Other than that we are very happy with the purchase!

Very happy with the functionality of this product. Spacious interior with abundant lighting and adjustable shelves. The crispers keep my fruit and vegetables fresh for well over a week. The middle pantry is an awesome addition. The only complaint is the refrigerator shows fingerprints and scratches easily. Otherwise a great product.

Overall great product. Spacious. Love the idea that I can store the milk on the door shelves which saves room in the refrigerator. The vegetable and fruits bin could be bigger. This always seems to be a problem with most refrigerators. I love that the deli compartment is not a small bin but rather from end to end. Cooling...Still figuring that out. The freezer seems to be the problem with a frost on the shelves and items. The items on the door shelves are warmer than the shelves inside, but I knew this prior to purchasing. This was the biggest complaint; uneven cooling. Fits my need but just don't think it's worth over $1k.

We purchased this unit because it fits in the space vacated by our old unit and it meets our needs. It is very quiet and both the freezer and refrigerator maintain proper temps. Still moving items around to see what works best.
