I chose the LG French door refrigerator because it offered the most shelve space thanks to the extra compact icemaker concealed entirely in the door. This means the top shelve of the refrigerator is available for food items and not sharing space with an icemaker like in the other brands.

Everything works great. But after only a few weeks the water dispenser is scratching. Bad design. Can’t imagine how it will look in a year

It has very good room for a counter depth. Happy with the purchase.

This is a replacement for my 10 yr old LG that the compressor died. The new features are nice. Dual cooling so ice doesn’t get refrigerator taste. LED lighting is an improvement. The only negative is vegetable compartments are smaller tha old frig. Otherwise the refrigerator area is spacious for different sizes of items.

We've had our LG for about 6 weeks now. Getting the counter depth model was better than I could have ever imagined. So much shelf and door space!. I am absolutely loving our new LG and have absolutely no regrets choosing this model.

We really wanted a counter depth refrigerator and were initially hesitant due to a perceived lack of space. However, the design of this LG has quite a bit more usable space everything is easier to find and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. This LG replaced a Kitchenaid Superba full size and seems much bigger inside.

I am so excited about my new LG 2-door Black fridge. I wasn’t sure if it would work as I’ve had the traditional white fridge’s for years. It’s actually the 1st fridge I’ve ever purchase brand new and the 1st with a water & ice maker; cool!!! So far, glad about the purchase and enjoying its usage.

It is a very well designed user friendly refrigerator.

I am very happy with our new refrigerator. It is one of the nicest we saw and best buy sold it at the lowest price! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

I like it-- I just wish it didn't show so many hand prints. And I wish the 3 smaller drawers at the bottom of the fridge were 2 big drawers.

The counter depth choice is working well for us. Refrigerator works as expected. Installation team from Best Buy was great!

We have a very small kitchen but wanted a stylish refrigerator that was counter depth. This model made great use of the limited space. The deep door shelves are great and the touch controls on the door make it easy.

This is not a post against Best Buy as I love Best Buy. This post is about the product only. This LG refrigerator is terrible. LG customer service is not helpful and they do not care about their customers. NEVER buy an LG refrigerator! We are on day 29 of our refrigerator (which is less than 2 years old) not working. We patiently followed their directions allowing their repair company to out to our house 5 times spending over 35 man hours and it still does not work!! They replaced the universal compressor (twice!), replaced both evaporators, replaced the condenser and replaced the main PCB board. Plus I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with LG’s horrible customer service and nothing has been resolved. It is truly like they don’t care. Every time I talk to them I get a different answer. If I could give this product 0 stars I would.

No worries filling that large glass, mug, etc. Also love the fact that the ice and water are dispensed from separate chutes, avoiding that accidental ice drop in an almost full drink when you you just needed a little water. I also like the extra drawer in the freezer section, so helpful.

I was worried about purchasing this with the reviews out there but so far so good. The drawers in the freezer are a little shallow

Worked fine for 3 years. But, broke now. Hopefully, LG can fix it

Having been 14 years since we updated our fridge, we were shocked at all of the options. This LG seamed to cover everything we wanted and was reasonable in cost. Layout of the drawers and shelf adjustment is great. Water/Ice dispenser hasn’t missed a beat and the freezer fits plenty.
