Have only had this refrigerator for a month or so, but so far, so good - unit works exactly as advertised. Water dispenser & ice maker work well, much roomier than our old GE french door unit. Has a well lit interior with flexible drawers and shelves. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

Very quiet. Ice maker is small but adequate for us.

The LG refrigerator seems very nice(of course time will tell). I really like the led lighting and the ice/water in the door. The installation team Javier & Jose was especially good. There was a lot of confusion concerning replacing a Sub Zero with a LG. This team saved the day for Best Buy.

The refrigerator was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently. The appearance is good and we plan to polish the stainless right away to avoid fingermarks. Content of storage drawers is visible when opening the door. Water dispenser is great. We would recommend this refrigerator to others.

I like how the shelf and drawers are arranged. Holds a lot of,food. DO NOT BUY THE STOVE from LG , the oven doesn't bake.

This is my 2nd LG refrigerator. I had an earlier version of this same model in my previous home. I loved that one and I love this one even more. The lighting inside is so bright. The compartments make sense. And the water dispenser works better than the older model.

I had been wanting a new refrigerator for several years and finally purchased the counter depth LG in stainless. So far, everything is PERFECT! I really like everything and it looks so good with my white cabinets. I sooo like it.

I am fed up with this refrigerator and LG's repair department. We bought it in 2018 and it worked fine until the first water filter change (yes, it was an official LG filter purchased at an orange big box store). I found a puddle of water on the shelf underneath. LG sent someone out who said it needed a new housing. The housing was replaced, and it still leaked! I bought a new filter, and it still leaked. LG sent someone else out to replace the housing again. Then it was fine for 6 months until I just changed the filter again, and it is still leaking! This is so frustrating. I just want a replacement refrigerator at this point but LG just keeps doing the same repair step hoping the problem will go away. It isn't!

I bought this unit 2 years ago. Pretty fridge, worked nicely...AT FIRST. Then, at 13 months, it started making a horrible grinding noise. Called LG and they had someone come out and agreed to do so under warranty (even though we were a month past expiration--quite decent of them). It was a problem with the auto-defrost and ice clogging the fan. Thawing fixed the problem, and they replaced the control board. If I'd reviewed at this point it would have been 3 stars due to decent fix/cust service. BUT NOW, it just died again--at 2 years. This time, it looks like the main evaporator fan is dead--runs loudly and doesn't cool. The tech (whom we paid LG $319 to visit) took one look, said, "above my pay grade" and now we're waiting to see what LG does. Meanwhile, we're now 4 days without a fridge. Their literature says 10 year limited warranty on cooling unit. If they make good on it I'll update. But for this price, this has been a bad experience.

While flexible shelving, you have to open both fridge doors to reach the pull out drawers on the bottom.

The color and size of the refrigerator is perfect for the kitchen remodel.

Had originally purchased another brand of refrigerator, but returned due to damage found on delivery. While waiting to exchange found other problems with the GE Refrigerator. Able to switch order for this LG model and much happier with features and quality.

The sales person showed me the refrigerator that was on clearance. It looked great and was at a really good price. Is the perfect size that I needed and it holds all that I need

I was apprehensive because we had water and ice on the outside 20 years ago and said never again after numerous calls. It’s our first LG and so far we are very happy. We did have the motor replaced for the ice door, but after that, it’s worked like a dream.

After reading reviews and being overwhelmed with so many choices....I took a chance on this LG! Love the slim ice maker compared to the Samsungs. Love the bright lights and easily adjustable shelves...you can make it your own. Best Buy matched a competitors price & I got extra points for opening a Best Buy account, well worth it for a big purchase. So far, so good... working great! Also got rid of my water cooler, love the water & ice in the door...even with the filter being about $50., it's still cheaper than buying water and I'm not using plastic jugs, even though I recycled, this is a better option. Water tastes good. Since some reviews weren't so good, so I purchased the extra Geek Squad warranty, I usually don't go for the extras, but figured in this case for the price it was worth it! Good luck...hope this helps someone. :-)

Was expecting more room in this size refrigerator. It is probably great for people who don’t cook.

needed to buy a typically smaller sized "counter depth" fridge in order for it to fit properly in our kitchen. did quite a bit of looking around and based off reviews decided to purchase this model and couldn't be any happier. it fit perfectly and it has plenty of room to hold enough food items for a 2 person household. the freezer section is bigger than it looks.

We decided to remodel our kitchen, and our first fridge in over 25 years old. So it was time for a new one. The new LG counter depth with french doors is an amazing appliance. We love it! Technology has changed a lot and well worth the investment.

Very happy to have found a counter depth fridge that offered 24 cubic feet. Most of them are 22 or less and I have a big family so I wanted the biggest I could get that would fit in the designated space. Love it.
