excellent refrigerator, fits counter depth as advertised, the deep freezer w/2 shelves is super spacious, the fridge holds plenty of food and keeps the veggies cold and the beer colder

I love everything about this refrigerator... have had counter-depth refrigerators previously, but this one is the most efficiently designed one. In-door ice maker saves so much room and is easy to empty when necessary. The drawers glide very smoothly and have plenty of room. I bought this model on a friend's recommendation and am glad I did!!!

This fridge has plenty of space for a counter depth fridge. Works great with the seperate storage temp settings.

Needed a new refrigerator and love this black stainless. It is counter depth but has plenty of room for two. So much nicer than my old side by side.

The LG refrigerator is everything we expected and more. A bous is that the ice maker works well which our old refrigerator never did.

We had a Samsung refrigerator for the last 6 years. When we moved we decided to replace the Samsung refrigerator with this one from LG. What a mistake! This refrigerator is so noisy it can be heard from every room of the house, even on the 2nd story. We have had LG techs come out to assess the noise and they said it's just the nature of the Linear Compressor. If you want peace and quiet in your home, stay away from this model. Search the internet for LG Linear Compressor and see how many complaints there are. There's even a class action lawsuit. DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!

I had this unit for just 4 years and the compressor went and the cost to repair was $1,000. Also very difficult to work with LG to get parts. No more LG for me.

BOUGHT THIS 9/2018 AND TODAY 4/8/2021 ITS DEAD. PER CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN CALIFORNIA THESE LINEAR COMPRESSORS ARE CRAP

Broke down three times. Constantly Building up ice in the back of the unit. Over $800 in repairs over the course of three years.

My wife and I both like the inside of the fridge, so we purchased it and have been using it for 3 months when it keep making loud noise. We called and Best buy came out and replaced multiple parts on our brand new appliance, it still sounds like a 18-wheeler 75% of the time. It's terrible, my wife and kids complain. Buyer beware

This is my second one and it still doesn't work properly. The main part only cools to 40 degrees even though I have it set at the lowest setting of 33 degrees. LG customer service is a nightmare to deal with. They sent a tech who couldn't fix it. Thank goodness I bought it at Best Buy. They were the only ones that were able to help me.

I have been reluctant to buy LG products since I owned a LG phone in 2005, that ultimately fell apart. That being said, the Best Buy guys told me that this fridge is very reliable. Since the purchase I have been very happy with the fridge. Very clean looking in my newly remodeled kitchen. Since it is counter depth it is hard to fit a large pizza box in there, but it is great other than that. I just remove pizza from the box now.

Ice maker too small . Drawers too small . Cheese , cold cuts drawer should be half width so You can open with one door open , been full width to open you need to open 2 doors.
