Great storage for size and quite on noise only thing I don't like is it don't tell me temperature of inside freezer and fridge just what it's set on

Wanted a French door, counter depth fridge. There were some cheaper Samsung options, but after investigating further the LG ended up being the best value. Had it for 1 month now, no issues.

The best thing about this counter depth refridgerator is the sleek design. Many refridgerators have spongy or rubber-like water dispensers. This model is made with all metal faces. The interior lighting is bright and clear. And of course... things are cold. The exterior touch menu is pretty rudimentary but again, looks great. The drawers feel and work like quality items.

I Love the fridge at the top and freezer on bottom! Wish the freezer section was bigger.... does not hold as much as I had expected.

I love the look of this refrigerator, this new black stainless is very classy.

Fridge has already quit. Best Buy said LG won't let them do repairs, even though I paid for extra BB warranty. And I can't get a response from LG. Lost expensive medicines and groceries and had to buy a little dorm fridge to get me by. I did some research and LG has known of compressor problems for years and still keeps selling this junk. Read the complaints on Facebook if you are even a little interested in buying this garbage!

The refrigerator worked properly for two years and then we began having issues with the compressor and cooling sensors. We had a 3 year geek squad protection plan. After three repair visits, the refrigerator was deems unrepairable. Best buy eventually gave us a full credit and we purchased another refrigerator from a different manufacturer. I would never recommend and LG refrigerator.

We downsized to a new construction townhome. I had an LG in my previous single-family home and didn't want to change to GE products that the builder was supplying so didn't mind paying more and upgrading to the LG. Love it!

I went to Best Buy when my refrigerator stopped working. I didn't have time to do a lot of research. I took my dimensions and asked the service rep to show me everything that would work in my space. He was very thorough and super helpful. I love my new fridge. It looks great and has a a nice layout inside. Just what I needed.

Great looks, Easy to use. This is the best counter depth fridge out there with highest capacity. Only negative is that the Stainless steel smudges easily. Nothing that a quick wipe down doesn't take care of

I have two growing boys and we are at Costco once/week. I worried about not fitting everything we need, but the freezer is surprisingly accommodating with all its various drawers and compartments. The reminder filter light is fabulous and the warning bell to close the door is helpful with two boys as well!

This refrigerator is everything I expected. it's beautiful and very efficient. The technology is very impressive. I have no regrets on this purchase.

We had a repairman come out put in a new water filter assembly it still leaks we bought a new filter it still leaks

So far so good. I mean, it just needs to hold food cold, and look decent. So far it is doing that well.

Large storage space.. very good arrangement for vegetables and fruits...freezer has lots of layers.

The refrigerator ices up! Have to unplug and defrost the fridge every couple months. The smart diagnosis can not read a problem. No obvious problem with the seal. Very frustrating for a new fridge. LG doesn't care because it is 1 month past their 12 month warranty!

Pros: Esthetic, enough space for a family of four. Cons: Controls are reachable by Kids. Location of water fountain is a little odd. Newbies and guests often mistake ice dispenser for water, due to which water spills.

Bought an LG French Door bottom-freezer refrigerator which is great. The lights inside are LED and really bright when opening the frig. Bottom freezer is large with 2 shelves and it holds alot of food.

Excellent product - what we were looking for for our kitchen.
