Great design of shelves, storage on doors, produce drawers and deli tray, ice maker produces ice quickly, water spout location on door works well, overall great item. The shelf that folds allows tall items to stand on the shelf below it (2 liter, juice, etc. in case there's not room on the door). Great idea. I wish there was 2 bins for produce instead of three to make larger items fit better but overall I'm very pleased.

I LOVE the counterdepth! I always had my fridge sticking out and this one is so nice ! I love the drawer inside for readily made food that’s easy to keep from getting smushed. The only thing I don’t like Is you have to close the left door first to be able to close the right side. You can’t close the right side first. I think it’s because of the space saving ice maker. But I’m okay with it

I love the bright LED lighting, spacious interior for a couner-depth refrigerator. There is more storage on the interior doors and like the 3 baskets in the freezer. I wish there were only 2 veggie drawers instead of the 3, the 2 outside drawers make it harder for long items like celery or romaine lettuce. Overall I've had this refrigerator for 3 weeks and I do like it.

Have had the fridge a month. I did a lot of research before purchasing. It is roomy, bright and quiet. I like that side of fridge accommodates magnets. It is counter depth but has ample storage space. The produce bins are a bit small. A big head of cauliflower or broccoli usually ends up in the main fridge compartment. I wish doors were smudgeproof. I am very happy with my new fridge and glad I made the purchase.

Great lighting inside, good amount of space for counter depth.

If you have never had a LG product before the water comes out above the ice dispenser. The first time any visitor tries to get water they always push the button with their glass in the wrong place. Other than that it looks great and does the job.

The refrigerator is very nice and spacious, extremely well lit, and everything works smoothly. My only complaint is that the produce, snack and meat drawers are all pretty narrow, so celery, green onions, and other long vegetables do not fit, and neither do any larger meat packages.

Great refrigerator for price looks good and has more space

Needed a counter-depth refrigerator and this one is awesome! It replaced a Samsung side-by-side that broke down with three different major problems over the last five years. I read a lot of reviews and ratings, and already own an LG washer and dryer, so I have faith in the brand. I really like the French doors that both open all the way, and there is more freezer space than I expected (there is a supplemental freezer in the garage). I did have to get used to having less door space for condiments, but there's more than enough room for them on the main shelves. I needed a counter-depth fridge, had decided on an LG, and this had the best features within the category. Plus Best Buy price-matched and has great employees willing to help. Overall really happy with this purchase.

My family is very pleased with purchase so far! Fridge is well designed to maximize storage space inside while maintaining the sleek look of a counter top depth fridge on the outside. All features deliver as promised and is a great looking fridge.

What a difference 10 years can make when it comes to technical improvements and added features. This unit looks great, is quiet, and I love the french door design for storing bigger items (vs. side-by-side). The LED lights cast a cool glow and lights up the interior better than traditional bulbs. I was worried about the amount of freezer storage but managed to find a place for everything stored in the old fridge and had room to spare. It comes with a door alarm which is useful if you have small kids or a absent minded spouse. It even includes choices for the shape of ice you'd prefer - how cool is that? We've only had the unit about a month and all is well so far. Will review after 6-12 months if any issues come up that other shoppers might want to know about before making a choice.

Newer design than my Samsung 4-door (middle drawer, freezer on the bottom). The lights are bright, and though I was concerned about the small ice maker it makes plenty for a family of 3 adults. Great purchase!

Love counter depth and lighting. Not as easy to clean as others.

We did lots of research before we bought a lg because of several bad reviews . We finally decided on a lg and really glad we did. Ice maker works great and the counter depth has plenty of room.

We has Samsung french door refrigerator and it had problems from day 1. We got this one and I can't believe how quiet it is. Love the deep door shelves and lighting. Only small issue is that there is some "snow" on items in freezer. Not sure if I should call service or if it is small thing somewhere on settings or something that I need to change.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of this fridge. I was comparing this fridge to the Samsung of the same size. And i just felt that LG had better build quality. My previous LG fridge lasted close to 8 years without any issues. But wear and tear required us to purchase a new one. LED's make the fridge look clean and bright. Air filter, originally thought it was a gimmick, actually made quite a difference. Ice maker and water dispenser are smartly used (water dispenser is offset past the door so that you can fill large water bottles vertically) All in all a great fridge

Plenty of storage in both the refrigerator and freezer. Easy access to frequently used items such as milk and juice. Fits nicely in allotted counter space area. Nice to look at, easy on the eye.

Very good and practical storage for a counter depth refrigerator. Ice maker and water dispenser in door has worked perfect every time. Extra storage door in freezer is great.
