I love the lighting of the new LG fridge. It is counter depth so there is limited shelf space, but the doors do offer plenty of shelving. I am one person that keeps most of their bulk goods in the fridge. Most of the freezer goes unused which is a shame. I do see why the more expensive models offer the pull out drawer as a separate exterior door so you don't have to open both doors to pull that drawer out. I rated it a 4 because I wish the door hinges weren't so bulky so that I could slide the fridge back more under the cabinetry. Also, the spill proof shelves which fold down? prevent storing items directly atop the fold. The water dispenser is accurate and doesn't make a mess. It's only been a few months, but so far I'm happy with this fridge.

Great amount of space in side, ice maker in the door really saves shelf space. Big improvement!

Purchased this refrigerator new in Feb of 2015, and everything was fine up until about 2 months ago some sort of electronic malfunction caused the evaporator line to freeze and divert water into the bottom of the refrigerator which then somehow froze and melted during the defrost which caused the entire bottom of the fridge to fill with water. This became a weekly occurrence! Luckily we bought the Geek Squad protection plan and now we have a brand new Samsung on the way!

I think this refrigerator is great. It has plenty of room for our food. I especially love that this ice maker is only located on the door inside of the refrigerator and there is still room for shelves on that door. Excellent design and excellent lightening. The only negative is the weight of the doors. I think if the doors were made heavier, like the Samsung, it would not make as much noise and would feel like it was stronger.

The panel was fell off when the fridge first delivered to my house after the box opened. Schedule second time delivery, a brand new one but then the compressor was broken after two months! The fridge isn't cooling at all! That's how crazy a LG product with 3XXX$! now the fridge isn't cooling again after 2 weeks! This is the second time to schedule a tech appt to handling no cooling issues again! Bad quality! Best buy said they can't return it or exchange it even due to quality!? and LG said they can't take it back until the 3rd times for the tech to come fix it with the same issues within 60days. I would never ever buying fridge through best buy or any LG products! Waste my money and my TIME!

We were looking for a counter depth refrigerator that had enough space for at least two 1-gallon milk containers within the doors. This refrigerator allows us to store two 1-gallon containers in the right door. It has plenty of space in the main compartment. The compact ice maker provides useful space to store water bottles and other small items in the left door. LED lighting is also very good.

Got my LG frig a few weeks ago. It is very spacious for a counter depth refrigerator. LED lighting is bright and arranging food is easy. Ice machine working great and overall unit is quiet.

Purchased this counter depth as a replacement/upgrade from our other. Counter depths are more expensive (if you haven't noticed) than the regular sized refrigerators. Our old one was a side by side and lacked in space. This one is a french door with the bottom freezer. Lots of room. Well lit. Works great so far. Have had it for a little over a month. So far; so good.

Although this is my first counter depth fridge, I thought the amount of space for items was still adequate. Extremely happy with the streamline fit in my kitchen setup.

Feels bigger than 24 cu.ft. Love the design and all the features of this model.

We've only had the fridge for a little over a month, but we love it. It's quiet, keeps things at the right temp, and looks great. The LED lights inside make a huge difference from all the other fridges I've owned! The water and ice dispensers work as they should.

I am still getting used to the double-doors on the refrigerator and the freezer on the bottom, but overall I am pleased with it. There seems to be less room in the freezer than the side-by-side that it replaced, but maybe that is just getting used to how to fill it also. Overall, I like it. It is very quiet and the water tastes great!

This is a new style for us (freezer on the bottom). There is more room than I thought there would be and it has very good lighting inside.

Most french door counter-depth refrigerators sacrifice space somewhere, usually in the freezer section. This LG manages to balance it out and the refrigerator and freezer sections feel big and spacious. No problems accommodating everything you can think of.

Husband & I choose the fridge for it’s counter depth & the LG had the best cu. ft. w/ that requirement. Has plenty of room for the major necessities.

Purchased to replace an old one. This LG model is quite good with lot of space in refrigerator and fridge sections. Quite and good looking.

There were not a lot of counter depth options out there. This one was nice and fit in our kitchen very well. So far we are satisfied with it after a couple of weeks.

We replaced our ten year old KitchenAid with this and love it. The space inside is clear, bright and open. Having the ice maker in the left door is great while not taking up the space for the door shelves. It runs quiet and seems to be using less power than the old one. The only thing missing is current temperature indicator.

We are really happy with this fridge and it’s pretty quiet. The in store clerk was very helpful with ordering the product and delivery was quick and professional. I have recently purchased a new home and have bought several appliances from different popular stores. Best Buy was by far the best experience and they price match!
