    Lg won't connect to youtubetv without a firestick. Had I known that, I might have choosen a different tv but I don't want to dink around exchanging it.

    Picture is OK, but sound was very bad. It sounded like it was in a tin can, and no matter what we did it didn’t get any better returned it.

    We bought this tv for our kitchen and it worked fine for 3 days. Then, it turned off on its own and we couldn't get it back on using the remote or the power button on the tv itself. Very disappointed. Returned it and purchased another brand.

    Front view was very good but looking at an angles was terrible. Picture was fades out so much I returned the tv.

    Great small HDTV with a small price

    The compact 24" TV fits nicely in a tight corner of one of our bedrooms. The price was outstanding. The color, sound, and Internet connectivity are excellent in spite of the small size of the TV. The webOS is streamlined and fairly easy to use after a short learning curve. I would highly recommend this LG HDTV to other customers who need a compact screen.

    1) Picture quality is poor. 2)Also slow to change channels. 3) Manual buttons on tv monitor to change channels (if not using remote) are also difficult to use. Disappointing purchase

    Good price but not pic quality I’m accustomed to with Sony products—also not fan of the screen options during set up or use. Returned this item.

    We bought theTV as a open box item, was told nothing was wrong with it!! We put it in our motor home and when we went to use it, the TV continues to turn off and on about every 1-2 mins!! We will return soon as we’re able.

    Smart TV Apps & free channels DON’T WORK!!

    Smart TV apps never work! Consistently crashes and blames a bad network connection. My other smart TV is fine, our WiFi signal is strong; this TV is a LEMON!

    The smart TV gave me more than I wanted and in trying to fix it found it malfunctioning and to return it for a dumber of a different brand, which is working fine and easily.

    This tv is very nice. Not everybody has room for the big screen tvs so its sad that it is hard to find a nice small smart tv for a bedroom. I enjoy watching it every night. I like that i can set it to go off after so many hours. I do wish it could be set to do that at a certain time every night so i wouldnt have to set it every night to go off after so many hours every night. That may be an option that maybe i just havent found yet. I am very satisfied with the purchase. This is the second 24 inch LG smart tv i have purchased from Best Buy. The first was to replace a 24 inch Samsung. Samsung does not do the small ones anymore. I did get it on sale so that was a real plus.

    Good picture tv with wide viewing angles. Can't go wrong with an LG tv. Haven't used smart features enough to review them. Think the best picture for its size 24".
