I love LG but i have never seen a product that has one description and it does not have the fetures

Item was defective. couldn't get it to turn on...

Bad resolution. Returned to the store the next day.

bought open box did not work . Over the air would not work and cable would not nether.

Not what expected from the discriprion and it's not easy to set up to any devices

Not a smart tv. Bought and returned, was looking for a smart television.

Item arrived poorly packed and in defective condition. Item was immediately returned.

Purchased to go in guest bedroom TV went out in less than a year. Couldn't get it replaced.

When do you show me buying this? I have not bought a tv from you in over 2 years.

Cant get in but 2 broadcast tv stations. Tv Sucks.

Bought this for a out-building for OTA TV. Had tried a couple other 24" TVs, only to return to our 15yo LG 19" HDTV because it could pull in all the channels despite our being in a hill shadow, where the others couldn't. Wanted the 28", but wife wanted the 24". (I would have liked having the USB port for my powered antenna amp) Setup was easy and the channel scan didn't take too long. Missed PBS on the first run, but picked it up on the 2nd try, and got all the other channels! Good tuner. Picture quality is ok out of the box, depending on the preset you choose, but spend a little time in the Settings - Picture menu, and you will be surprised at the level of tweaking you can do at the most minute level! (For a $90 TV, I was amazed! Some HDTVs ten times the price and higher don't have that feature.) Once I spent a little time figuring out what did what, just kicking up the Vert. & Horiz. Sharpness about halfway and then increasing the Color slider just a bit gave me a warm satisfying skin tone, nice blacks with decent detail and good contrast. Nice greens, reds didn't bloom. Great picture! On center. Off center picture gets a little cloudy. Not as good as a Phillips I tried, but that one failed to pull in many channels. The LG's built in speakers, are not nearly as annoying as the ones in the TV this one is replacing. Crank up the bass all the way and engage the Voice Clairity circuit, and it's totally listenable, and at a decent volume for a small area. Best of all, the TV's remote fits your hand well enough, and the TV responds instantly to all commands (unlike the painfully slow Visio). Direct channel selection via the keypad is easy thanks to large number buttons. Besides the main Settings menu with its main sub sections, the remote has some quick-menu buttons allowing you to make simple adjustments without going into the main menu. Nice feature. SO: Good strong tuner, TV sound is good, picture quality is good with a little tweaking to taste, and a fine remote. All for $89? What's not to like?

I was looking for a replacement TV for my kitchen eating area. I did not want/need a "smart" TV, nor one with a lot of options that I would never use. This TV was the perfect size and had the exact featue set I was looking for. It has a great picture and more than decent sound quality and the price was fantastic! Arrived in 2 days and hooked up and running in 10 minutes. LG TVs are simply the BEST!!!

I am a 71 year old retired anesthesiologist. I have superb medical records computer skills but little else, and my children are now away from home living life to the full. This LG 24" TV is a simple NON-SMART TV for cable use. It has only one cable input port and one HTMI input for a DVD box, which works like a charm so far. It needs a cable box and a co-axial cable, and an HTMI cable. I had trouble setting it up initially as Xfinity had supplied me with the wrong cable box, and they needed to replace the box at a home visit so the the TV could automatically connect and scan the available channels. This was my only difficulty, and Comcast gave me a new updated box. The picture is great. Its format depends on which channel is selected. The sound is on the low side, but it can be increased by using the settings easily if needed, and this is not rocket science. My needs are few, and include only a good connection, PBS, OPB, and a few basic channels to watch Jeopardy etc. which is basically cable up to channel 30. I have to confess, this TV replaced an old Sony 13" from 1981 which served me well for 40 years. This is not a TV for the streamer. I have no need of constant streaming which to me is like the common cold. I have better things to do with my life. Sincerely. Ian Cartwright MD.

Perfect size for small area. Great picture but sound can be garbled at times. Multiple sound settings but the one labeled "music" works best for all applications. Price/Value ratio is excellent.

Excellent size TV at a good price. It fits my needs perfect. Quality seems great so far.

We have had this tv since February 2014. The picture is still clear. The sound is still clear. It is an excellent choice for the money spent.

The picture is good, the sound is GOOD, but some of the remote options are lacking. For instance it is not obvious how to delete unwanted duplicate stations after scanning for channels. Also in the preview there is no listing of what is up next on that station, nor is there a description of what the offering is all about. Also the volume equal between different stations. All things considered ? I am not going to send it back.

best for a small bedroom, easy to install, easy to move around. best you get your money worth.
