    I am appalled at the customer service at the Repair Center for LG. We purchase a 24 inch LG TV in June of this year for about $150. It developed problems with the reception through the antenna and I called Best tuy and they said it was out of store warranty and to call LG direct. When I called LG they agreed there seemed to be a problem and had me ship it to their service center in GA They had it for 2 weeks and sent it back to me supposedly fixed (they said they replaced a defective part but it still does not work. I called them back and they said they would send out a technician to the house. At first they said 1 to 2 days for a tech to contact me. After waiting 3 days I called back and they said in essence OOPS and that someone would call in 3 to5 days....no call, now they said sometime in the next week....I have asked each time to replace this LEMON and they keep saying they will pass the problem up the ladder to the next level. Someone needs to teach the upper levels how to use a phone as now it has been over a month and I do not have a working TV!

    I'm writing as a professional in the television industry for over 30 years. I know monitors, proper color, sharpness, etc. This model is crap. In the old days, we would say the registration is off. Colors leave a lot to be desired as well. I see it's been getting 4 stars, but I have no clue how that is. You get what you pay for... spend extra and get something better that will be more pleasing to your eye. -One mans opinion

    TV is smaller than expected and picture does not fill the 24 inch screen- black borders at top and bottom shrink the picture and distort. Unfortunately this is not apparent when purchasing online and local store had none on display.

    Looking for picture and sound quality

    The width of TV is to small for a 24inch Tv color not good Maybe you can tell me how to adjust it to get a quality picture . the sound is also not good.

    I'm just basing this on ease of set up & it did not work out. My tv broke and I hoped this could be a temp. tv before getting a bigger one. BUT it looks like you need a receiver? and I did not feel like dealing with another thing to buy/acquire & waiting for cable provider customer service, so I returned it. Also apparently I would not be able to watch all the channels I pay for even if I got a receiver? Maybe this will work for you but it's not for me .

    Non functioning USB Port

    The tv has a single HDMI port and a USB port that apparently does not function on this model. Big disappointment!
