I had had such a hard time getting through to Best Buy. I waited on the phone for over an hour just to get an appointment. A few agents gave me incomplete information as to what to bring or expect - I was nervous that all of my info was gone forever but this person - Anthony from Newington - was so very excellent in explaining all of the things I had to do to get my data back. He explained some very basic things to me in a way that I will remember. I walked in very angry and overwhelmed and I walked out calm and ready to use my computer.

Exactly as presented. Fits perfect in the kitchen. Only thing is the way Roku plugs in. I would have preferred it to be on the side.

The TV was purchased as a bedroom model for a third grader. Picture quality is quite good even at the overall lower resolution. Sturdy and fit for use with a child.

Purchased this LG TV for my kitchen to replace a VIZIO which did not ever work well. This LG doesn't have any extras included but that was not needed for viewing in the kitchen. Works great!

This TV has a very good picture and was easy to set up and run once we got the cable connection fixed (bad power cord to the cable box) the TV has performed great since that was fixed

Very please with the beautiful picture from this TV. The picture is clear from any angle in the room-even sitting at the desk that is against the same wall it is mounted on.

Nice picture and size for the work office. It is hard to find TV's with this type of base now, this type of footprint works best in the actual work office setting.

Needed a small TV for my mother. I think I got a pretty good price. Would like to see more inputs (for audio) in the back. Max audio volume isn't sufficient for an HOH 96 year old. I thought about getting a remote speaker I could put next to her bed. So she's using the captions. Probably for the best. If she could hear it, so would the neighbors. Picture is ok/good. Audio set up is nauseating - skip it.

This is my kitchen TV and it’s perfect! I went to get a Vizio and ended up with this little guy. I love LG products!

Good quality TV for the price. Easy setup, can be used as Monitor. Giving 4 stars because it has only one HDMI and we need to unplug and plug into a new source.
