So I bought this TV to use with a DC to AC inverter. To date I have not opened the box, hence I believe the product is good, but do not know for sure. I have bought a Deep Cell battery to use with it the next time the power goes off. So I like I wrote above I believe the product is good, but to date have no first hand knowledge of that fact. Try me in 60 days, I am guessing in that time I will have used the product. Best of luck to Best Buy. E
