I would have given this 5 stars however, It does not give a program synopsis when you click on information. For full disclosure, I do not have cable nor streaming on this unit. It is located in my bedroom hooked up to a wall antenna.

LG products are usually far better but the quality just didn't wow me, especially when I went back the next week saw a 32inch led Insignia for the same price. Took it back.

I purchased this television to go in my home office, and since then, I've spent more time in my office, either working, or just hanging out watching tv.

TV very nicely and proactively packaged without being too large Very simple to set-up, very easy to "auto-tune". This is not a complicated TV. This is great for a kids room, garage etc.

I am glad that I purchased this TV! We have 2 other LG TVs in our home and they all work great! Also, the remote control works interchangeably between LG TVs.

Great buy! Glad I came in the store at the right ti.e, saw this deal and couldn't pass it up. Best buy always has really good deals, they never seem to let me down.

pretty good and reliable products (so far) the external audio is very useful as you do not need to wear a headset! Price is also quite competitive when I bought it.

We were looking for a extra TV and had some great choices. Would love to have talked to someone but couldn't get any help. Searched quite awhile to no avail and ended up in appliances to ask questions. Found our modem by ourselves as well.

We got the tv at a great price from a wonderful salesclerk, Best Buy brings back good old service with a smile....we always enjoy shopping with them. clerks are superior to most chain stores. Thanks for keeping it real.

This TV only has 1 hdmi input and the cable/antenna input... and that’s it. No other inputs and no smart features. The picture is just ok out of the box, and the sound is pretty bad with our cable box plugged into it. And with no extra inputs/outputs to use, you’ll need an hdmi splitter to hook up anything else to it. I ended up buying the insignia fire tv instead for the same price. Unless you’re going to use this as a second monitor for your home office, I would recommend buying something else. There are better options in this price range.

Picture quality was iffy depending on what I was watching. For some show everything was too bright and oversaturated. The volume also wasn't loud enough for my purposes, and with no functioning aux port or RCA audio port, I couldn't connect it to the mini sound bar I had lying around. Returned it for a different brand that worked much better for me.

I’m not happy with the loudness of the volume It has to be turned up almost to full volume for me to hear it good

We had to get a new box and remote from Optimum as our old equipment didn’t work with the new tv. Once that was sorted out the tv works fine. It replaced a 19 inch bedroom tv that died.

I don't have cable at home & I'm using an antenna. I cannot get all the local channels because the TV won't switch over to antenna. It just stays on the cable selection. Not happy about that.

Basic television to hook up to a cable box. This was s not smart television. A elderly person just wanted a small regular television.

Purchased this for my new WFH setup. It is just what I expected it to be. Glad I have the option to use it as a monitor or a TV. Easy HDMI set up for both!

Amazing as a 2nd monitor but I’m docking 2 stars for only one HDMI port. It’s 2021 there should at least be 2.

Good replacement TV. The only downside is that if you lose the remote you will have a hard time changing the channel or settings.
