Sound is crummy. The reason I bought is for the stand being in the center of the tv. Dont recommend but could be worse i guess...

Brightness/ Contrast Issues

Amazing color and visual at first. However, in setting the background color one was always a shade or two brighter, no matter what I tried. Not a huge issue since it was only being used for email and work, and the overall menu options accessible on one tv were not an option on the other. Over the past year, the coloring of one has become intolerable. On one screen, I can no longer get the grey/daylight look. You can only get shades of yellow. The light yellow = illegible text. To get a clear text you have to have a dark yellow background. Terrible!! I really expected a longer lasting product from LG

Not a smart tv

I called Lg and they told me that this model was not a smart tv. The salesperson also told me it was a snartctv when I asked. I was not happy. ?!?!?!?!
