Installation was pretty straightforward. The dishwasher is really pretty quiet and does a great job of getting the dishes clean. The one downside is that the third rack reduces the space for glasses, our taller glasses tip over so we had to adjust the middle rack down to accommodate thus reducing the space for taller items on the lower rack.

This dishwasher really cleans well! Dryer function is only decent. I am coning from a Bosch unit of 10 years and we have a big family so lots of dishes. Be care when closing the door because the top of the door is plastic and scratches easily. Not stainless steel at this area? THIRD RACK: Absolutely worthless! Does not clean well and when in use the top rack is shortned to what will fit. I don't understand all the praise for this feature. I was going to return this dishwasher for a normal 2 rack until I realized I could remove it. It's on the shelf in the garage where it should be! Anyway, washer overall does a good job!

Very quiet and runs smoothly. Was everything we needed to replace the old dishwasher. A little pricey compare with other brand, but I he quality is good.

I’ve been using my LG dishwasher for a few months now, and I’m beyond impressed. First off, it’s super quiet—you barely notice it’s running, which is a big plus in an open kitchen.
The cleaning power is excellent, even on tough, dried-on food. I no longer have to pre-rinse everything, which saves both time and water. The multiple cycles give a lot of flexibility, and the Turbo and QuadWash features really make a difference.
I also love the adjustable racks and fold-down tines, which let me fit everything from tall wine glasses to large pots and pans. The sleek stainless steel design looks beautiful and modern in my kitchen.
Energy-efficient, easy to use, and reliable—this LG dishwasher is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Works well and pretty quiet. Cleans everything perfectly so far. Looks great and was a very simple diy install. Opted for the black stainless to match our lg fridge and gas range

This machine is supper quiet and cleans dishes that have dried stuck on food. Love the top silverware rack as it keeps the silverware from rubbing together and getting scratched. Tow bottom racks are roomy and have plenty of room to stack dishes.

The LG dishwasher has preformed beyond my expectations. My husband was able to install in less than 30 minutes. I love the third shelf at the top for cooking utensils and other small items.

We have had this dishwasher for almost 2 months & we love it! Our old dishwasher went out a few years ago & it was loud when we ran it. My husband would have to turn the tv up. This dishwasher is so quiet & has alot of features compared to the old one. Love the 3rd rack, adjustable 2nd rack, the color & the many wash & dry options.

Dishwasher is ok but is going to take a little getting used to when compared to the GE unit that it replaced. Because it incorporates a handle flush with the front of the unit it doesn't have a handle to protect the front controls (or hang a dishtowel) and allows for the controls to be frequently activated when you just brush against it and is very annoying. The loading is odd and doesn't seem to have any place for glasses with recessed bottoms to be loaded on enough of an angle to drain and they will still have a little water left after drying unless the extended dry mode is selected. The unit while quiet is not as quiet as the GE dishwasher it replaced and especially in the water charge and discharge modes for some reason. So far I have no complaints about It getting the dishes clean but the full cleaning cycle is at least an hour longer when compared to the previous GE unit it replaced. Even if ok it we should have asked for the unit to be replaced however with all the added charges for installation we had already spent about twice as much as we originally anticipated.

Hi there. We understand your inquiry regarding the design, drying performance, and cycle time of your LG - 24" Front Control Built-In Tub Dishwasher. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. To improve drying for glasses with recessed bottoms, we recommend using a rinse aid and selecting the High Temp or Extra Dry settings. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-24-front-control-built-in-tub-dishwasher-with-3rd-rack-quadwash-and-48dba-stainless-steel/J7G56535CW or further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on [email protected]. I live it!. You cant even hear it running. The only downside is the drying feature doesn't work but i dont mind. A very minor inconvenience when everything else works so well

Least amount of time for a wash is 2:05 minutes. Ugh!!
Easy to accidentally hit the power switch which turns the machine off. If you are in mid-cycle, there is no way to resume the wash. You will need to start over or hand wash your items. Ugh!!
Other than a quick start guide, there is no user manual included. I hate qr squares in order to get the information needed. Ugh!!
The third tray seems useless. Just takes space away from the top tray. Ugh!!
Must say, however, it does get the dishes clean.... as long as you don't interrupt the cycle.
Great dishwasher but you have to buy a kit with it

Great dishwasher I give it 4.5! Very quiet and cleans well. You hear the water spraying the inside of the container more than the hum of the appliance. The push buttons are a little finicky and you have to be exact with placement. You won’t be disappointed with it. The 3rd rack at the top is good for extra stuff but it doesn’t dry anything on that rack no matter how small.
I find it very odd that dishwashers aren’t sold with a power cord making you buy the kit with it. The manufacturers actually “trust”homeowners to hook up their own electrical cord. Quite a bit of liability there. That’s my only negative issue with it.

Noise Level is not as low as the Description states (48dba); I would think it is rather a 55dba Level. I don't like the Racks as much as I used to with my old Kitchen Aid which I replaced. It washes well and the hi Temp Dry works well.
