Shawn the installer disconnected the hose from the old dishwasher to the garbage disposal and it’s foul waste water spilled onto the floor of the kitchen sink’s underneath cabinet. The stench was so foul, I thought it was one of the two men's body order so I didn't say anything. After the two left, I looked under the sink and the floor of the cabinet was wet with waste water. It was disgusting to clean up. What made me mad was Shawn had to have seen the water come out and also smell the odor and ignored it. Also they didn’t turn on the cold water to the sink. My wife looked into the dishwasher after it completed its run started by Shawn and found an uninstalled part – “the sound insulation sheet” as per the instructions. After the first run, we unloaded the dishwasher and found packing tape still stuck to the top rack and not removed by Shawn & his helper. I doubt these 2 were plumbers, so I am contacting the Plumbing Licensing Board in OK. More later… do yourself a favor and do NOT let Best Buy install anything. Sad.

It is extremely difficult to slide back into place. Even though I am a Best Buy Total member, I had to go through LG for repair - one month later, still waiting on a part that they expect me to install!!! We have also experienced incomplete cleaning of items on the top rack. Since the placement of the dishwasher is not adjacent to the sink, we were forced to pay extra for the installation (the included hose is too short - installer had to go to Home Depot for parts). I am past the return date so we are stuck with this mess. I cannot recommend this product

Be careful wheels fall off

It cleans your dishes, but the bottom rack is on wheels. The wheels fell off broke apart bearings inside the machine. Luckily it was still under warranty. Everything is cheap.

It has an adjustable third upper rack for small bowls, spatulas and large utensils. The dishwasher has an option for a one hour wash cycle which does a great cleaning job. The dishes are not all the way dry, however. It has a steam feature to help with the cleaning. The drawers open very smoothly. I definitely recommend this product!

So bigger items can not be loaded on 2nd shelve to work properly. Dishes comes out clean and dry. Nice quick wash feature.
