This LG Replaced my 14 year old whirlpool dishwasher that came with my house. Got my installed on 4/4/2023. Unfortunately, I did read the manual and the dishwasher works perfect. The top rack is used for utensils and not containers. The 2nd rack is adjustable to accommodate large/tall glass wear, saucers (not flying), and cups. The bottom rack is good for plates and pots. If you are trying to wash a 5 gallon pot... of coarse its not going to fit. Unless you remove the 2nd rack. Position your dishes accordingly and use the proper settings and all is good. If you don't, then it's all you... right? Overall it is an excellent machine. It cleaned stains off dishware like an animal. Still playing around with the numerous settings/options both on the machine and on the useful app. I'll give another update on 1 month of using it.

Great job cleaning dishes, pots, pans, just about anything! We really like the top shelf tray for cleaning extra utensils, small items, plastic lids, and other flat stuff. It’s a very quiet dishwasher that you can barely hear when it’s cleaning and drying. Lots of options to choose from to clean your stuff! Great dishwasher; would highly recommend!

Now that we have had time to use this dishwasher, I can give an honest review.... we love everything about it!! It cleans so much better than the old Kenmore our house came with... plus, it is so much quieter than the previous one. You can hardly tell that it is running. I can't think of anything I would change. It looks good and works well. Easy to load and unload.

Love this dishwasher! I ordered it and the first one came dented which was a disappointment, but the crew made sure to order me a new one and have it delivered as soon as it came in so that was a relief that they took care of everything after that. Dishwasher is very quiet, easy to use, and I love the third top rack for silverware. Very happy with this purchase!

So far so good. Installation went well after I finally connected the power court to the dishwasher. I runs very quiet and cleans well. The third rack comes in very handy for large cooking utensils and knifes that don't fit in the utensils holder. It has a nice clean finish and looks great in my kithchen.

I LOVE IT. SUPER QUIET, CLEANS WELL, BUT STILL, LIKE SO MANY OTHERS, DOESN'T DRY TO MY BEST LIKING. I HAVE NOT TRIED THE SUPER DRY FEATURE, SO WE WILL SEE. IT LOOKS SO SHARP AND SLEEK AND GOES WITH MY OTHER WHIRLPOOL BRAND APPLIANCES AS IT DOESN'T HAVE A HANDLE THAT NEEDS TO MATCH. LOVE THE THIRD RACK TO DEATH.

This is a great dishwasher, with a tiny feature that I find annoying. Let me talk about the good stuff. It's well-designed, and I love the third rack AND the cutlery caddy (many dishwashers do one or the other). I find it very convenient to take the whole caddy out to put the cutlery away, so this is a major plus. The machine is very good at cleaning, and is very quiet (although we run the machine at night so this isn't a huge factor for us). The other thing I LOVE about this machine is that it has the ThinkQ smart features. It connects to the app, and lets you know when it's done. I have a couple of other appliances that are also LG ThinkQ, so it's cool to be able to monitor them all in one place. The only tiny negative is that the delay start feature cancels out if you open the dishwasher after setting it. Our old dishwasher would maintain the delay start setting even if you opened the dishwasher after. With this machine, you have to reset it, which is annoying. Not sure why they took this step back.

This is the most efficient dishwasher I've owned. Love the 3 rack system and steam jets for getting those pots and pans clean. It is also very quiet. It plays a pleasant chime sound when the cycle is completed with the word "End" illuminated.

Purchased this dishwasher about a month ago. Very happy with our decision. It is quiet, we’ll designed inside the dishwasher for all your dishes and knives. Everything comes out looking very clean.

Sleek design and top control a plus. Third rack is helpful since we often have more cutlery than can fit in baskets. Fairly quiet operation and targeted zone control for better washing features. Only drawback is slightly inadequate drying of dishes

Nice dishwasher, quiet, efficient. Cleans well. We enjoy the steam feature and the ability to down load additional routines and features. It cleans all pots and dishes, it dries well and is easy to operate. We are very satisfied.

This dishwasher does an excellent job, and is straightforward to load and operate. It is also relatively quiet. The aesthetics are excellent, as well - very clean, contemporary look.

We love the stainless steel tub and third rack for silverware. The normal cycle takes over 2hrs which is longer than our previous dishwasher, but can't complain cause all the dishes come out extremely clean.

Love the 3rd rack for silverware on the top. I wasn't sure I would, but it gets them really clean. The night dry feature is great. I set mine on delay for overnight when it is cheaper to run and it has a fan dry so the dishes don't smell funny from sitting. My first load of dishes didn't come out clean because I didn't think I needed to read the manual. Trust me read the manual. I used Normal cycle first time and it was terrible. The 2nd time I used Auto and it was perfect. I also bought different pods because we have hard water and that worked better too.

We purchased this dishwasher when our samsung dishwasher stoppwd working. This dishwasher is very quiet and gets our dishes clean. Top rack for utensils is handy. We had to lower the second rack to fit taller glasses.

Solid dishwasher. Relatively quiet and does a good job. Be sure to use rinse aide or have it part of the pods you use. Regarding installation, this unit was installed to the right of the sink. So, drainage has to be worked around a Little to get it to come out the correct side. If installing yourself, the adjustments to make sure it's level are excellent and sure real thought in the design. You can adjust everything, including the back, from the front. The 3 rack setup takes some getting used as the middle rack is shorter than I'm used to. It all works out, just a change in loading habits. I've been using this almost daily for a month and very satisfied.

The LG dishwasher was an excellent choice It's quiet and does a thorough job. Glassware is not scratched - it sparkles! Love the 3rd rack.

I do want to start off by saying I bought an open box item. The overall service was 5 star with the time I ordered until the time they had it ready. For some reason, my door does not shut close smoothly when I push start and have the 4 second countdown to close the door so the cycle can start. I have to slam it shut quickly so that it can start. The middle rack also doesn’t stay out when loading and unloading causing my glasses to slam against each other. The bottom shelf works fine. And the little pegs that are meant to help cups stay upright also close with no touch at all. The cleaning is very good. I did clean some Rubbermaid cereal airtight containers and they did stay very foggy and humid once the cycle finished but I guess it’s because it’s plastic and was probably user error. It is very quiet and does a good cleaning job overall. One thing Best Buy, I’ve had a very hard time removing the double sided tape you put the price with so maybe concert to magnet ones? But again, this is more for open items.
