We love the French door design that helps keep the cool air inside the refrigerator. The wide shelves make it easy to store wider items, like pizzas, that we we had trouble storing in our old side-by-side.

But the compressor is loud and the vibration rattles everything in the door. The ice maker throws extra water into the freezer compartment, so we have to remove ice stuck to the drawer quite often. The noise can be heard upstairs, so it has to be returned.

It is spacious and has plenty of compartments to organize things within. If you don't have to have a water dispenser in the front and can get away with ice to have chilled water, this unit is perfect in my opinion.

You have to physically push the doors closed, the one on the left needs to be pushed hard. I can't tell you how many times this has been left ajar cuz someone didn't know to PUSH THE DOOR SHUT. I would not recommend this to anyone with more than 2 adults in the household. It is also way to big for the 2 of us.... my fault.
