    The mechanics of this refrigerator are fine but after only 4 1/2 months the freezer door handle is coming loose. Called Best Buy-LG and they are sending a new handle and will then schedule service. We tried to tighten but it did not fix the problem. Never had a freezer handle loose before.

    The overall quality and satisfaction of this product is good. However, the shelves are very deep and not easy to reach for items in the back. Often have to open both French doors to access items in the bens,
