Issues With Two LG Refrigerators

The right-hand refrigerator door would not stay open and the Best Buy installers wouldn't or couldn't get it right. I exchanged it for another unit. The 2nd refrigerator's doors work properly but it is MUCH louder (compressor noise & vibration) than the first one. I have until January 16th to return it and start over with a different brand. I'm tempted to just return it and bring my old one back in from the garage.

Service visit in less than a month

I am disappointed that there was not better quality control at the factory. Fingers crossed that there will be no additional repairs needed.

Terribly unreliable and waste of $1900

It has failed twice , Best Buy couldn’t fix it so LG had to a week later, which left me with no food for my 3 kids, and it grew mold in the time it took Best Buy to come out to diagnose a week after I called. 6 Best Buy support members have given me no help at all to resolve my food spoilage claim, which I have sent 6 times in 6 weeks with no response. They said there’s nothing I can do but continue to email my claim form. The member on the phone right now is literally laughing and telling me I’m out of luck. The last one just hung up.
