Got it home and over night it stopped cooling. We lost food and a week later are STILL without a replacement because of the turn around time to get a new one.

For both of the icemakers, the water line froze within 6 months of purchase. We had Best Buy tech work on them and they couldn't solve the problem. So I called LG directly and they sent out their tech. After 6 months of without an ice maker, the LG tech came out and said the problem was because we had RO water feeding the ice maker. In the manual, it says that you can use RO water, but if the water pressure is low the ice cubes could be smaller. Before this, we changed the pressure take and filters on the RO system. At this point, I will not recommend LG appliances or tech services.

It makes all kinds of loud buzzing noises constantly throughout the day and is just too noisy. Also, the lefthand door does not close easily and always needs a push, the freezer capacity is mediocre.
