    Do NOT Buy - riddled with problems, leaks cold air

    The first one they delivered had a manufacturing defect in the bar that helps the doors to close. Best Buy returned that one and delivered this one. After 2 weeks this one's seals leak both in the refrigerator and the freezer. Because I purchased it Aug 10th but it wasn't delivered for 2 weeks because I was out of town it's already out of it's return period. So now I will have to begin working with LG. Such a nightmare. I bought LG because I know someone with an LG that caused them no problems but mine is a nightmare.

    LG has a million flaws and a faux warranty

    Returned to store and awaiting the refund. I had a small issue with the door gaskets not sealing within the first two weeks. Warranty by LG, no Best Buy yet. So, he said it was not installed with the front higher than the back, and if they came out I would have to pay for it. So - no warranty. Bought a Frigidaire, satisfied but smaller for the same money. I also have an LG washer and it willnot/cannot dispense bleach. the end.

    2 nd LG refrigerator I’m having issues with. 1st one came from Home Depot and was broken. So send it back. 2 nd one came from Best Buy partially damaged. The freezer is either broken or not working properly. There is so much ice and frost build up inside. I won’t reccomend anyone buying this LG brand

    Stopped working after 1 year and 5 months.

    Freezer stopped working a little under a year and a half after we bought it. Everything melted. Geek Squad is going to be here in 3 days to LOOK at it. If you buy this, make sure you buy the warranty and small fridge or freezer to keep in the garage.

    We received this appliance on March 2, 2022. It it May 10, 2024 and the appliance is not working. Very disappointed in L G brand.

    Horrible fridge and horrible support

    Do not get this Fridge, received this unit in September and the ice maker immediately broke. LG sent out 4 technicians and they are still refusing to refund me. Stay far away from this fridge and LG.

    Got my fridge on December 29th, 2023 and it completely died 2 weeks later! It took 2 weeks and 2 days to get another one to replace it. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy.

    The freezer formed a lot of icicles, my frozen veggies had ice in it. The top tray in the freezer was frozen. I had to turn off the ice maker. I had to return it.

    I bought it from bestbuy. When it working too noisy. I need they come to fix. They said they will come fix FREE. After that they said i have to pay $99.99.

    Don't buy if you want ice

    Ice maker stopped working after 6 months. It took forever to order and for delivery due to COVID and the warranty is only a year. Don't waste your money.

    Fridge is ok, but would not buy it again with a do over. It doesn’t seal very well. We always have to double check because it will pop open.
