Nice new fridge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this installed yesterday- to replace a Whirlpool bottom freezer fridge. It is very roomy, everything in its' place. As others have mentioned, the shelves are difficult to move. After watching a few online videos, we were able to adjust them so we could place our PUR water filter. It took several hours to chill our items but now everything is good. It is very quiet though we might end up disabling the door alarm. I recommend downloading the online manual, it contains more detail than the manual you receive at installation. When Best Buy delivered it the first time, they said they could not install it because we had plastic tubing- had to call our plumber to install copper tubing. Also, the distance from our undersink water shut off valve is approx. 7.5 feet and works fine though the details page states that it must be no more than 6 feet.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has been somewhat of a disappointment.Does not get it as oil as it should and I Chech it often with 3 different thermometers.If I leave it in middle of kitchen an not where it supposed to be it cools somewhat ok.When I slide it in position as it should be it does not cool as well including cooling an freezer part.It has plenty of room to cook properly but falls short.I will be calling geek squad an hope it can be repaired or whatever it takes.simply not happy with this purchase.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initial Impressions: Zero negative notes. Looks good, seems well built, sturdy. I think some other reviewers found the interior shelves to be flimsy, but I don't agree- everything seems steady enough. One note is that the default positioning of everything doesn't give you an upright spot for larger bottles, I removed one of the door shelves to give room for such on the bottom spot. There's enough room left over for a family of 4-5 even with losing one of the six included door shelves. Nothing to say about the freezer yet, will follow back. Seems good and in general LG gets better longevity/repair ratings than Samsung or anything else in this price range.

We would have preferred there be a way to view the internal temp from the item but it looks like we have to download an app for that. no biggie as the first two mentions were most important when choosing our refrigerator.
