Highly recommend side-by-side see through refrigerator!

Makes a loud noise when making ice. Also ice gets clogged. Not magnetic. Scratches easily.

Very roomy and the instaview window stands out. The bad parts are the freezer door was dent and the plastic on top of the door was not Glue correctly. One more thing, the power cord is on top of the refrigerator which make it harder to fit under the cabinet.

I waited to review this refrigerator to see how long it will last. I have have had it 2 years and I came home to a totally dead refrigerator and water all over my kitchen from the ice melting. I call for service since I bought the Geek Squad protection. It takes him a few days to get here and they do not carry LG parts in stock for goodness sakes!!! So they order it and say they will be back. It has been 14 days now and this expensive appliance is still NOT working! I lost over 500 dollars in food alone not including my husbands insulin. I am furious and it is so not fair at all! If I can known LG makes such an UNreliable appliance I would have never purchased it. I am incredibly upset. How do you not stock LG parts? If thats the case then don't sell their stuff.

We had amazing support when getting our new refrigerator . It has been amazing. We downsized and it seems as though we lost no space. Our ice maker is amazing as well. We had a Samsung and had nothing but problems and ever since getting this lg we have had nothing wrong and our kids love the light in the door. Entertainment for them and a great working refrigerator for us.

We spent a long time looking at different fridges and this one seemed like a really good fit for us. Unfortunately it has one fatal flaw - it's not made of stainless steel, and whatever it is made of is absolutely impossible to clean. We've tried ever trick on the internet (and if you google it you'll see there are lots of them) - basically no matter what you do or how hard you try the front is always covered in streaks and marks. Especially if you get a water drop on it (which happens all the time since the water dispenser is very splashy). As a fridge it works as advertised. As something I have to look at every day it's nothing but frustrating. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product unless you want to look at something all the time that brings down the entire kitchen.

Love my fridge don't have to keep opening fridge to see whats in inside and my grand kids don't keep the door open fo ever they just turn the light see what they want and get it Love this Fridge

Love this fridge plenty of space and lighting. Fingerprint resistant just all around a great fridge.

After spending a fortune trying to repair my old LG Fridge (only 5 years old) I bought a new one. Best Buy delivered and installed - 2 days later the fridge is Freezing all teh products even though its set to 46 Fahrenheit (the maximum) the freezer is a warm 35 Fahrenheit and wont get any colder - I was told by LG that it takes a few days to get cold - its now a week later all my food has defrosted and finally Best Buy will replace it .... I have to wait another 3 weeks for the to deliver another one. BRAND NEW FRIDGE/FREEZER that doesn't work at all!

It broke down on day one. Nothing worked at all. Both doors would not close. Food unable to freeze or cool properly. Loved the size, but had to exchange it immediately

This refrigerator looks nice but the design is terrible. There is a sensor inside that cannot be blocked. We lost 2 full refrigerator/freezers full of food last year before the second repair person figured out what the problem was. This week, it was running loudly and then stopped working all together, again! Another entire freezer/refrigerator full of food tossed in the trash!
