We have had the fridge a few weeks now and love almost everything about it. It is a very quiet fridge. Also like the passthru door - nice for milk and snacks. The only complaints would be that the stainless seems to show fingerprints more than our old GE stainless. Would also like a meat drawer.

Love the special door- at first I thought it was just a gimmick- but turns out I use it all the time. Great ice maker- everything is very easy to use. Priced right for the features.

This fridge actually stores a lot of food. Very convenient door access. I do hear a sound coming from it every now and then. Not sure if it's making Ice or if it's the compressor. I'll call Geek Squad if I need to. Please get their warranty. They don't make appliances like they used to.

Never had a problem with LG products. Spacious, designed well, access door for drinks and snacks is a plus, and good price point compared to the others.

Just what I wanted after doing my usual research. 1 cubic foot smaller than replacement Maytag but cannot tell difference, plenty of space. Do miss not having a meat/cheese drawer, bought some plastic trays instead. Super quiet & does require numerous hours initially to cool down. RH door has a slight dent in it (has to be seen at certain angles to notice it) so be sure to do careful inspection when receiving this product.

Love everything about it except the water dispenser is so strong it almost always sprays out everywhere or sprays me in the face. But the outside door is wonderful and I love the side by side for my kitchen.

Man am I glad I got Geek Squad protection for this unit. After performing perfectly for a couple of years, without any warning, the cooling just SHUT OFF. No error messages, no nothing. I've had refrigerators run for over 20 years, this is unacceptable. I haven't totaled up the inventory, but we lost about 30 lbs. of frozen meat, fish and poultry plus much of our unfrozen food. The service tech said it was a "known issue" and said EVERY UNIT will eventually fail. The Geek Squad plan covers reimbursement for spoiled food, but no allowance for a rental unit for the TWO WEEKS it takes to get the parts. No matter how good the features are, and the double door is fantastic, nothing could make up for the inconvenience this episode has cost us. Stay away from LG refrigerators!

It is so spacious! I got this fridge because the previous fridge I ordered did not fit dimension wise in the space. However this fridge in cubic feet is a larger fridge and ultimately ended up being just about the same dimensions but it fit better. Having the external door really makes great use of the space. I love this fridge. One thing I didn't expect, is that it's not magnetized so you can't stick magnets on the front of it. Otherwise this fridge is great.

I like a lot of things about this fridge, especially the in-door ice which saves space in the freezer and interior shelving design.

Excellent refrigerator, alot of space, it runs very quiet. Would recommend it to anyone.

Was a littile big for the space, but we made it fit.

Not much flexibility with respect to shelving placement makes it a bit difficult to size them the way I would like. However, the use of space is good. Discounted price made this a real value.

Love this fridge. The door in door is a great feature. The ice in the door saves so much room.

purchased 1/2018 and now its 10/2020 and twice its stopped cooling in the past month resulting in spoiled/lost food items. Calling BB today to get fixed/replaced. Was expecting better quality from LG.

We bought this Fridge in 2017. Compressor broke the first week we got it. Called LG, and the guy comes in to check it and found out the compressor is out. Then we had to wait 2 weeks for parts to come in. They repaired it and all was working fine. 3 years later (today), the fridge broke again, we have to replace the condenser and compressor. The frustrating part is we have to always wait for parts 1 week to get it fixed. All the food is now wasted!

Icemaker made one batch of ice and stopped working. I had to call LG customer service and they said there was an error code for the icemaker. I am currently waiting for maintenance.

Really nice looking fridge. Wish it had more adjustable shelving for larger items. Also, there was/is a slight drip from the water spout after install. Only had it for a day so far.
